Aaaaaaaaah thank you so much ;w; I feel very honoured! And uuuuuh, I don't even know what to tell, because my brain just vomits up random stuff about that AU whenever it feels like xD Guess I can drop some random details that I don't think I mentioned anywhere else before (or at least not extensive):

- Galbatorix is being a very classic dragon with being a hoarder of shiny treasures (but also of books and magical artifacts and so on). So is Morzan, who has a fix home with his castle (normally, dragons don't stay in one place much). They met because Galbatorix needed a new place for his growing hoard and thus he tried to take over Morzan’s castle. For reasons, he found another way than killing Morzan for it tho and instead simply made Morzan 'part of his hoard'.

- Galbatorix and Nasuada both spit lightning, tho Nasuada can also electrify her scales. Eragon and Brom both breathe blue cold fire - still burns tho. Orrin spits acid (doesn't hurt himself somehow). Selena breathes suffocating/toxic smoke.

- Magic use isn't common amongst any of the dragons. Currently have decided on only Galbatorix, Selena and Carn (strongest to weakest, Galbatorix is a tad overpowered lol; he gets migraines for it). Durza is a mistery that no one is sure about. Elva has the talent for it, but Galbatorix isn't exactly generous, so he refuses to teach her - and she won't accept someone 'weaker' as a teacher (no idea where her parents are lol).

- haven't drawn any yet, but both 'dwarven' and 'urgal' dragons are better at running than flying.

- 'Elven' dragons eat only plants and need unrealistic small amounts of them.

- Morzan was raised by Oromis for the most part. Some joke that that's why his fur is white.

- Morzan has a big fondness for water. Galbatorix, not so much. It once led to a mean argument when Murtagh was still a hatchling, as Galbatorix was very sure that he'd drown like a stone, since to him swimming hadn’t been a thing of instinct.

- Galbatorix only eats humanoids when necessary as a scare tactic (he has a hoard to protect!), Morzan eats them when they are in the wrong place at the wrong time (read: when he's hangry), Durza prefers to chase humanoids instead of eating them, just to terrorize them a bit and giggle about it (sometimes he waits at the exits of dwarven tunnels just to scare them when they step outside)

- Morzan’s castle is close to the sea (basically on the other side of the Spine than in canon - somewhere at the iron cliffs)

Can I just say I absolutely love the way you characterise galbatorix and morzan in your au's

Especially since paolini never really bothered too in the books (which didn't bother me at first until i started burrowing in fanwork and the issue became GLARING!!)

I honestly prefer morzan and galbatorix """"secretly"""" having affections for one another as apposed to their reputations,

Makes them feel waayyy less one note in their villainry and let's me invest way more into the actual plot

screammm ive never signed up for art fights because i've never had characters i want other people to draw but apparently they have put in their tos that you are not allowed to submit art attacks that trace 3d models or photographs that you, the artist, have taken yourself.

to be clear, direct traces of 3d models and photographs you have taken personally or are using within the bounds of their licensing are extremely common and completely acceptable, even in professional pipelines to produce commercial works.

having this kind of extremely strict - and extremely unenforceable - rule in a hobbyist event that includes a lot of kids and people otherwise just starting out is completely ridiculous. there's no need for it. tracing is cool and awesome and you should do it if it helps you as long as you're being up front about how you're sourcing your images

places like wikimedia commons, the public domain image archive, unsplash, and pexels have between them millions of images that are free to use for both personal and commercial projects. there's absolutely no good reason to not take advantage of these resources, and even less for not using your own photographs if you're so inclined. work smarter !
