I’m really satisfied with the color match between Declan (made from a Topaz)’s head, and Ash’s body. It couldn’t have been better if the doll companies planned it.

Toffee and Minx explored a trail today.

Purrl, Sol, and Chase gathered tall pink flowers.

Topaz, Declan, and Jet discussed songwriting and poetry.

Anika and Sushi had an acorn fight.

And Sienna showed Hex how to build a fire while Callie gathered firewood.

The bodies took the dye as expected. Chase (4th from left) and Purrl (6) were tinted with a quick dip in yellow, as they had had too blue of a pink and white respectively. Minx (3) and Toffee (4) were dyed yellow. I added red to make orange and dyed Sol (1) and Sienna (2). Finally, I added tan and dip-dyed Minx’s (3) Siamese points.

Introducing Catwalk Kitties boys! Hex is complete. Declan’s body arrives tomorrow. Sol is in the middle of a rehair (he’ll eventually have curls).

Dyemore on Rainbow High. Looking forward to similar results, especially for Minx, who is supposed to be Siamese!

Lola’s body is not quite Chase’s shade of pink, but I’m hoping a yellow dye bath with fix that.

These are the hair colors I’ll be using to refresh the Kitties’ hair. All are nylon from Shimmerlocks.

Bangles & Bows might be slightly darker than Chase’s original medium pink, but since it all fell out there’s no need to color match it exactly. I’m not sure Starlight Steel will be dark enough. Other than that, I’m very satisfied with the matches.
