Fully articulated leather spinal cord I designed for a contortionist’s stage performance. Each vertebrae is an individual leather structure that moves independently of the others. Sliding elastic joints and a central superstructure make it bendable and flexible like a real spinal column. Got super stoked making this and decided that it'll be the first prototype for what will eventually be an entire full-body leather (exo?)skeleton w/ fully functioning joints and detachable bones
