What are some common feelings experienced after having a spiritual awakening and realizing the concept of ego?
Spiritual awakening often feels less like a triumphant arrival and more like an unraveling. 🌿
When you start to recognize the ego for what it is — not your enemy, but a temporary lens you’ve been living through — you can experience a flood of feelings, sometimes all at once.
Some of the most common are:
Grief — for all the time you spent believing you were only your roles, your achievements, or your fears.
Loneliness — because many people around you may still be deeply identified with their egos, and you start craving deeper, more authentic connections.
Freedom — the lightness of realizing you don’t have to constantly defend or perfect an identity anymore.
Confusion — because so much of what you once valued feels less solid or meaningful now.
Compassion — toward yourself and others, realizing we’ve all been doing the best we can with the tools we were given.
Stillness — moments when you feel deeply okay even if nothing external has changed.
And sometimes, there’s a deep fatigue — because holding up the ego was exhausting in ways you didn’t realize until you set it down.
Awakening is not an escape from the human experience. It’s an invitation to live it more honestly, more tenderly, and more awake.
If you’re feeling a mix of grief, wonder, disorientation, and quiet peace — you’re not doing it wrong. You’re just beginning to remember who you are beneath the noise.
What is the most resonant quote you’ve ever heard?
One quote that has stayed with me is:
“You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop.” — Rumi 🌿
It resonated because it gently shattered the illusion that we are small, separate, or insignificant. It reminded me that everything I seek outside is already alive inside me — and that awakening isn’t about becoming more. It’s about remembering what was always there.
Some truths don't just inspire. They awaken something ancient inside us. This was one of those truths for me.

For the first 33 years of my life, I thought I had it all sorted. I had hobbies, passions, free of anxiety, I was into art and music production.. I've been working at the same factory since 2007, changed departments here and there... One was by choice the other not so much... Recently my mental health and physical health dropped significantly... I had tooth and jaw pain for like a year straight and dentists couldn't figure it out nor could any jaw specialists... They said stress related, maybe bacterial infection or something... I took long service leave from work... Because I couldn't deal with the pain and work at the same time... I became numb, I withdrew, I spent all my time trying to find where I went wrong... Because I was listening to Crimson Circle Material, and I thought I knew about energy and consciousness and being on the planet for a different reason... It's my last life time.. and I'm here to watch energy and consciousness come together... I've done everything else I past life times etc... so why is everything falling apart... Why now do I feel like I don't even know myself? Why does it feel like all of a sudden I'm neurodivergent with potential traits of autism? Why am I all of a sudden socially awkward? Why is my mind so persistent and obsessed with analysing everything and trying to fix and solve the mystery of life... It shouldn't be the way it is... But it is... What happened to me?
Thank you for sharing your story. It sounds like you’re going through a deep transition — not because you’ve done something wrong, but because something within you is shifting into a new phase. You are not broken. You are being rewired in ways your mind may not fully understand yet. Be gentle with yourself. You’re not lost — you’re just walking a path your soul knows, even if your mind doesn’t yet.
Dear One,
I recently wrote an article about shifting and reminding people that the path is uniquely your own.
You Don’t Need Permission to Trust Yourself
Your path might not make sense to anyone else — and it doesn’t have to.
You don’t need approval to follow what feels aligned. You don’t need permission to rest when the world is shouting “hustle.” You don’t need a checklist to validate your intuition.
The soul speaks in quiet nudges — and sometimes the bravest thing you can do is trust what no one else can feel but you.
You’re not lost. You’re just on a path only you can see. And that’s sacred.

The Quiet Path Back to Yourself: Awakening in a World That Forgets
There is a subtle ache that lives inside so many of us. A quiet tug that doesn’t scream, but hums beneath the noise of everyday life. You may feel it when you’re standing in a grocery line. When you’re lying in bed, staring at the ceiling. When you’re scrolling past yet another video that promises to “fix your mindset in five steps.”
It’s not dissatisfaction. It’s not boredom. It’s something deeper — something you can’t quite name. And that unnamed thing? It might just be your soul trying to remind you of who you are.
The Crisis Beneath the Surface
We’re taught to chase things. Productivity. Influence. Validation. “Success.”
We’re taught to keep going — move faster, do more, become more. But rarely are we asked if we remember who we were before we started chasing. Rarely are we told that the world we’ve been conditioned to win at is one that disconnects us from our inner knowing.
This is not a failure of the self. This is a feature of the system.
When you forget your own spirit, you become easier to shape, sell to, and silence.
But somewhere, the real you remains. Whole. Intact. Waiting.
What Awakening Really Looks Like
Contrary to how it’s often portrayed, spiritual awakening isn’t always lightning in the sky. It’s not always meditation retreats or sudden downloads from the Universe. Sometimes, it’s slow. Sometimes, it’s quiet. Sometimes, it feels like breaking.
You might feel more tired, more sensitive, more emotional. You may start craving solitude or nature. You might feel disconnected from old ambitions, relationships, or routines that once energized you.
This isn’t regression. This is re-alignment.
Your soul isn’t leaving you. It’s finally getting your attention.
The Pain of Remembering
There’s a reason awakening is often preceded by a breakdown. It’s not because you’re weak. It’s because peeling away layers of ego, programming, and trauma takes courage — and it hurts.
Waking up to your truth requires grieving who you were pretending to be.
You may feel guilt for leaving behind roles that no longer fit. You may feel anger for how long it took to get here. You may feel fear that the people around you won’t understand this new version of you.
These emotions are not signs you’re doing it wrong. They are signs you’re doing something very, very right.
Slowing Down to Hear the Soul
Most people don’t lack intuition. They lack silence.
The soul doesn’t scream over your to-do list. It doesn’t interrupt your scrolling or fight for attention in a room full of noise. The soul is subtle. Soft. It speaks in the space between.
This is why rest is so important. Not just physical rest, but spiritual rest. Mental rest. Nervous system rest.
It is in these quiet moments that you will begin to hear the truth again: You are not behind. You are not broken. You are already on your way.
What Comes After the Awakening
Awakening isn’t the end goal. It’s the doorway.
From here, your journey becomes about integration.
How do you hold this new awareness in a world that rewards numbness? How do you show up with tenderness when everything around you is still armored? How do you embody alignment in a culture that thrives on misalignment?
The answer isn’t to escape the world. It’s to carry your light into it.
You are not meant to become “above” your humanity. You are meant to become fully human — rooted in soul, present in body, awake in heart.
You’re Not Alone
If you’re reading this, it’s probably because some part of you is already waking up.
Maybe you’ve been feeling like you don’t belong anywhere anymore. Maybe you’ve stopped relating to people who once felt like home. Maybe you’ve started questioning things you were once so sure about.
That’s not loneliness. That’s the beginning of belonging to yourself again.
And no matter how it looks, no matter how long it takes, no matter how quiet it feels — you are not alone on this path.
There are others here with you. There is light ahead of you. And there is a deeper truth already rising inside you.
Let it rise.
Remembering Your Rhythm
Your journey may not look like anyone else’s. That’s because it’s not meant to. Some people awaken suddenly. Others awaken slowly, like petals opening one by one over seasons. There’s no right timeline, no fixed formula.
If your awakening feels uneven or unpredictable, that’s okay. That’s normal. That’s human.
You’re not here to perform your enlightenment. You’re here to live it. In your own time. In your own way.
Let your rhythm be sacred. Let your pacing be permission.
Final Words
You are not becoming someone new. You are becoming someone true.
The version of you that was never lost — only waiting, beneath the noise, beneath the expectations, beneath the fear.
The world might not celebrate your awakening. But your soul already is.
Keep going. Keep listening. Keep softening. Keep becoming.
You are already on your way back to yourself.
And the you that’s waiting? She’s never stopped believing in you.

Tools That Support Your Manifestation Journey
Manifestation isn’t just about thinking beautiful thoughts —
it’s about creating spaces, rituals, and tools that help you stay in alignment when the world tries to pull you off course.
Here are a few things that have helped me deepen my practice:
🌿 A journal dedicated just to my manifestations — a place to script, dream, and declare.
🌿 Guided meditations that keep my energy tuned to what I’m calling in.
🌿 Simple ritual tools like candles or crystals that serve as daily physical reminders of the unseen work happening beneath the surface.
It’s not about the objects themselves.
It’s about anchoring yourself back into your power — again and again.
When you treat your dreams as sacred, the universe responds.
