Open window. Toes voluntarily sticking out from under the bed sheets. She has arrived. SPRING.

are we bored because we are lazy?

CHANGE. We all dread it, we fear it, we have hard time accepting it. But why do things need to change, everything was fine the way it was. What’s the point of improving something that was already functioning just fine? We were used to things, we were comfortable, we were stagnant, so what?  And then it came- CHANGE. All of a sudden our world is turned upside down. What is this NEW REALITY? How does it work? What does it mean? How do we even adjust?  What for? Things were just fine the way they were! Few days go by and all of a sudden, this NEW REALITY is not so new anymore. We’ve moved on, it’s all very familiar again, we are fine with the way things are. It wasn’t all so bad, was it?  Do we even remember what it was like before  CHANGE happened? Did it even happen? What do you mean things changed? When? No, we haven’t noticed. This NEW REALITY is great, not really that scary or complicated or different. Maybe it is different? It’s hard to tell because we don’t really remember anymore what it was like before. Well, isn’t CHANGE so great? How could we think otherwise?
