Yes, he’ll be having comic book powers because I am taking bits from the comics apart from Druig being a villain, he’s more of morally grey hero. He wants to do what is right by the humans but some times it is clouded by just taking all their flaws from them.

The events of the Eternals in the year 2025 hasn’t taken place here. Merely they’re all scattered around the world at this point and time. Doing their own things apart from Druig and Sprite whom have been tasked to watch over the Avengers more closely, despite the comments from Druig saying they’re probably sitting on their asses doing nothing. Still Ajak sent him there with Sprite to keep Druig in check, the two of them are pretending to be siblings at this point and time seeing as out of all of them they could pass as siblings. 

But most are probably confused as to why Druig has wander out of the Amazon which he hasn’t done since the Eternals split all those centuries along, it came to his conclusion that he wasn’t doing those people favours by keeping them in the dark so, he freed them from is mind because it was the right thing to do. Not long after he found himself living in Australia with Thena and Gilgamesh. Allowing Gil some time to himself whilst he tended to care for Thena. He spent about ten years in Australia but he had to make it right with Ajak, yes in some light he saw her as well like a mother figure... the only thing is he’s never trusted her, not like he does with Thena. That also comes down to reading minds, Ajak never lets him in - though he knows it is the doing of Arishem. Which has never sat right with Druig but they were like some sort of fucked up family which meant they’d fight and make up. 

The arrival at her house, warm and homy before he knew it he was suck in to the trap of Ajak. Not long did it take for them to clash again, over him outwardly saying he doesn’t trust her and her being vague as usual it shouldn’t have come as a surprise but it did. Druig said he’d be returning to Australia in the morning not wanting to deal with Ajak, her sugarcoating nor Sprite and her bad tasting tinkerbell-like thoughts. Before he could leave that morning Ajak trapped him yet again, suckered him into being babysitters to the Avengers which will be ridiculously boring in Druig’s eyes and more so now that even he has a bloody babysitter of his own. He’d still play mind games with them.

He’s pretty much just arrived to Gotham and already loathes it... more being in a city then anything else.

“Best seller would it be through the norm means or that of ye controlling those whom purchase it?” Druig asked, he had a sixth sense for all those whom have any type of telepathy ability. Her’s happened to glint like a diamond under UV lighting.

Makkari saw the immediate change within Druig that only seemed to happen in her presence, something about it make her smile softly before chuckling at the nickname Druig, it’s been a while she mused looking at the other as he spoke about her phone she’d found them amazingly helpful in this new world especially after Sersi had shown her how to use it effectively. Don’t be like that, it helps me communicate with others since not everyone knows sign language anymore. And I don’t have my faithful translator around anymore She mused moving to nudge him at the translator remark, usually, Druig was never far away telling others what she was saying. She nodded her head at the question before signing once again of course, I stopped to see them, they told me you and Sprint had decided to call Gotham home, which if you did a simple google search you’d see how crazy that idea was. I still play hide and seek, but it seems I’ve lost my partner in crime. What is the point of doing mischief if you aren’t watching my back anymore? she questioned him knowing the even her words held a teasing element to them as she saw him move closer to her in their normal greeting feeling her eyes close for a moment feeling his forehead against hers before opening them once again just in time to notice the slight movement of his tongue smirking as he traced his nose against hers as she was lost within the moment. She’d cared deeply for Druig that was always clear but they’d spent so much time apart especially when he left all those years ago. Me? Missing You? Nah I’ve just heard how amazing this place is to live and I just had to try it for myself. Didn’t you hear they even have a museum here…maybe they have a turquoise tablet to match my emerald one  She signed back to him giving him a soft smile one could say was only for him.

Heart racing like that of a rabbit on a wild hunt on the inside, mind in complete and utter disarray on his mood prior to Makkari, it was all focused on her. Just her. Nothing else. “Millenniums to be exact,” Druig said, signing smugly. It has been clear Druig’s stand point on modern day technology, countless debates with Phastos whether it is harmful for the humans to continue down the path of advancing their technical minds when they barely understand their own minds. In the grand scheme of things, cell phones have a purpose he has seen - such for those whom can’t communicate easily, children walking home from school and being stranded in the middle of nowhere but damn he’d refused to admit it out loud. Only the beginnings of a nod in her direction. “Ye know where I stand on these thin’s, beautiful. When ye put it that way, I guess, ye right.” He said, unamused. His face lit up though at being her translator. “M’lady, ye welcome to use me anytime ye please.” He said, smirk forming on his lips. Hand laying over the place she had just nudge, cheeky rub as if it hurt him. “Not like I had much of a choice in the destination, Ajax wants an eye on the retired Avengers squad - soon they’ll be in nursing homes.” He scoffed, jabbing at them whenever they could. However, he respects their heroics to himself as they have done good. “Ye do in that case...” He said, hint of mischief. Lightly, cautiously grabbing onto her waist and bring her against him. “Looks like I got ye. No, reward greater then ye, my beautiful Makkari.” He smiled down upon her, chuckle draw him back from continuing to lean in to her. When his own eyes fluttered open again, how could he not be tempted by her lips, only automatic response was licking his lips - as he always did being this close to her. His grip on her hip, tightened out of fear she’d disappear before his eyes. He was made for Makkari.  “Don’t lie because I’ll know,” Druig tapped his finger against her temple, trailing the finger lightly along her dove-like jaw only dropping it from her chin. “Ye hurt me so. Merely h’re for a pretty coloured tablet, huh?”

If she was lucky the people who cared for Loki would extend that care to her as well, but Sylvie had never been one to count on luck. It’d never been reliable to her after all. She swept a hand through her hair as if neatening it only slightly would hide the clear exhaustion he had pointed out.

The eternal kicked his feet back on to the smaller plastic table, hands going behind his head to cradle it whilst being swallowed alive by the couch. Only friendship he’ll ever be able to class outside of the Eternal family is that of what he formed with Loki, looking up at the sky above him wondering how he had never crossed paths with Sylvie, something surely to do with being in the Amazon for a majority of his time on earth. “All.” He said, offhand. Shift of his body, leather rubbing over material causing the fabric to make music together. In a huff of not getting comfortable with his leather jacket, he took it off and throw it over the armrest. “I said the same thin’ to ye brother years ago, he listened for awhile but we both know Loki. Besides m’ point is, never let them see weak spots. Even those with good intentions will used it against in the future.” He said from experience with his own family slash friends - strange bunch they all were -, Ikaris mainly.

Makkari knew Druig was here, they always knew where the others were close, it was their connection to something they’d long since formed back when they first arrived here. So when she’d known he’d decided to leave the Amazon and make a home here in Gotham she thought to follow. Of course, she didn’t bother telling him of her coming to town so when she bumped into him she could help but smile when he didn’t notice it was her right away. Her phone was unnecessary where he was concerned as she moved her hands to sign. You should really watch your step, you almost destroyed my newest toy Druig. she chuckled silently before slipping her phone back into her pocket tilting her head. Still using your powers for all to see? Pretty sure Gil warned you against that outside of the Amazon, but when have you ever listened to anyone she teased him glad to see her friend once again.

An impatient leap from his heart coming alive in his chest cavity at tingling sensation he finally doesn’t ignore, believing at first for it to be sensing Sprite but no way in hell Sprite or any other eternal make him highly aware of his own heart beating in his chest. “My beautiful, beautiful Makkari.” Aware as he spoke her name, she was here in person, the feeling reflected in his irises as micro golden flares came alive as they always did in her presence. melting of frost over her mind from him having to insure its her not a trick of an eye or that of a cruel illusion from Sprite seeing as they have been at each others throats. And the cementing realisation of reality brought a goofy smile to his naturally pouted lips. Moment later, a annoyed laughter vibrated from the back of his throat, she had been sucked into the new-age, he hated it here. “Not you as well,” Signing perfectly from years of using sign language and besides he had the best teacher in the whole universe. Words were vocalised outwardly, he knew she felt them and he wanted her to feel every ounce of him missed her. “You stopped by to see Gil and Thena, I see. When did ye become such a bore like the rest of the robots? What happened to girl who used to play hide and seek with m’ around the world?” He signed and spoke to her, drawing closer into her personal space, eagle eyes searching for any boundary she has as it has been awhile. Hands lightly resting just above her elbows’ crooks, slipping into a sullen smile for a moment in the wake of his recent activities. However, he quickly buried the thought. “Besides, I listen to someone, pretty important.” He said, this time lacking the signing however his lips were in her line of vision, purposefully, he darted his tongue to draw her eye more to his lips. Leaning down to her height, lightly pressing his forehead against her own even if the blanketing of his hair becomes more aware to him then the heat of her skin against his own. Taking the chance to trace the tip of his nose in a circle over her’s, getting reacquainted in their strange quirky way. Sharing her breaths with her for a few lost in the moment, moments. Before retreating a bit, foreheads still resting on one another for support. “Miss me?” Returning to spoken word and signing to her, however, every time he said it had an effect like the world around them melts away and it is just the two of them.

         Steph felt the stranger’s lips against her own before she had a chance to react. Kissing him back out of instinct, she tried to steady herself from the force of his lips, reaching to hold his torso. Humming into the kiss, she tried to inquire about who he was without any success, instead giving into the situation and loosening her grip on the man, melting into the kiss.

Apprehension towards this strange drunken custom humans partake in, kissing strangers. Well, he do just about anything to not have to go to his flat and to fill this constant void within his heart. Capturing the nearest person to him which happened to be a blonde woman, that’s all he got from her, before his lips collided against hers. At the hum of approval, Druig’s lips captured and released her own lips in a rhythm which followed that of her previous hums. Hands on her cheeks, easing pressure on her fragile like bones ─ momentarily forgetting his own strength. Thumb stroking over circumference of her soft, soft cheek, getting lost within the kiss. Numbing him for now.

Rae watched as the other seemed to move through the lore section with a purpose, shaking her head “Yes well, I never said all the lore written was completely accurate , if you told me what you were looking for in more detail I could point you into the right direction.” She mused to the other.

Engorging for the past hour at the book depository store, so he believed it to be and that’s what he’d refer to it as, anyhow he’d been sat cross legged on the floor next to him a stack of fables, mythos and lore. Slamming shut the book in the same motion, he spun uncoiling from the floor to stand at his height, slightly hunching his shoulders forwards to be somewhat at her level. “These are our stories... Sprite’s narratives.” Clutching the mythos around the world titled book in his left-hand, giving it a firm one shake, knuckles whitening. It was insulting to say the least, he knew he should’ve stayed away from this section but curiosity got the best of him. Shaking his head in disbelief. “Ye’ll all truly have forgotten us, I should’ve believed Sprite after all.” He grumped, hating admitting the pixie was right. It was mere shook of it all then truly being hurt, projecting his anger onto mythos instead of his family was easier and had no consequences. “Aye, ye’d better stir me away from here unless ye want to deal with an eruption of livin’ butterflies from these stack of lies.” He couldn’t bring himself however to throw the book, despite every fibre in his body screaming for him to do just that. “A guilty pleasure of mine happens to be romance mumbo-jumbo, old stuff preferably. No bullshit for this generation ─ no offence. And nothin’ to do with mythos.”

Loki smirked looking at the other; it’d been years since he’d seen Druig given their time spent on Midgard was ages ago. If he even kept friends during that time he would’ve counted the male as one. “I called you an old man, and asked if you needed a walker yet.” He mused at the other.

Friendship ever-fleeting in Druig’s life though if one can call it friendship ─ seeing as they haven’t spoke in millenniums, he’d classed it as one despite never outwardly saying so. Jarring mouth with a hefty annoyed huff, hazel irises looking upwards for some sort of help from a celestial of any kind. “Haven’t you heard the phrase of eternal stud that’s literally referrin’ to me.” He retorted, friendly fire between the two of them. “Looks to me, that ye the one agin’ here, factually speaking.” Smirk that resembled that of sheer misfit in reality of the fact. “Ye’ll be the one in a walker before me ─ is that a white hair?” He leant over, not liking the fact that Loki has grown in stature since the last time they had met up though he still stood at his tallest whilst leaning, if possible. To pluck a strand of hair from the other’s hairline.

Erik approached the stranger with his power flared out just in case this turned into a fight, “This place is called Gotham, but as of right where you are now it’s Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters. As for who I am, They call me Magneto. Now either calm down or I’ll have to treat you like a threat.” He replied before looking at him “Are you lost or are seeking something?”

Most eternals are hardwired with cosmic energy receptors, sometimes it crosses to that of sensing powerful beings hence what drew him to this strangely out of place architecture that and the natural phenomenon of how the weather over this place is clear, sunny whereas the city is shroud in clouds. “No shit,” Druig snarked at the believed human about what city he was in, he knew that what he was referring to is it feels like he’s stepped into an entirely different environment. “Gifted youngsters, isn’t that a bit pretentious even for human standards?” Slightly mocking it in an a form of question. “What is it with this new-aged that everyone has a pseudonym?” Batting back at him, no level of chill when his eyes almost rolled out of his skull. “Calm down, ye being serious? If I wasn’t calm ye know and ye wouldn’t be able to stop me either.” He warned the other, yes, he felt the strangeness in the atmosphere and not doubting it was coming from the gentleman in front of him. “Seekin’ that of the source of power that drew me here, duh.” He learned that from Sprite, cringing at that very thought on it’s own.

Judgemental gaze that could match the unforgiveness of Arishem ─ if that ever was a look, and it was pointing right in the direction of this silver-haired lad. “Why is it cliché for all heroes to have a name? It is brain numbin’ly nonsensical, I went through it with a fella here the other day.” Not seeing the point in all these secret identities, the bad guy always finds out and it has become repetitive of retaliation on both sides, an eye for an eye ─ some of these so-deemed heroes are just as brutal as villain, blurring lines. “Sure thing, was it quick-flash? guessing it has to do with speed.” He liked raining on people’s parade when he could, it brought him some entertainment. “Hell, I have nothin’ but time so go off.”
