Ok so my son was given a bakery position and took to it like a fish to water. No surprise really as he's been culinarily gifted since he was about 8. He made me the mini cheesecakes on the right from scratch and experimented with the berry decor on top until it was to his satisfaction. All though I would love to appeal to an investor for his first bakery/restaurant (his cheesecake makes the factory's seem government ran), I will settle for someone willing to give him a job/internshipš He currently gets up at 4:30 to work for 3 hours before school starts.
