Ingredients
Ingredients for Aloo Masala
2 qts Big Potatoes 2 Onion (Medium Size) 3 Tomato (Medium Size) 8 Green chilly 7 Garlic Clove 1/2 tbsp Cumin/Jeera Salt (as per taste) 1/4 tbsp Tenugreek Seed 3/4 tbsp Turmeric/Haldi powder 3/4 tbsp Coriander Powder 1/4 tbsp aamchur powder 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilly powder 1 tbsp Roasted Cumin powder
Ingredients for dough
2 cups whole wheat flour 1/3 tbsp Salt 2 tbsp Oil 1/2 tbsp Carom/ Ajwain Seeds 500 ml Oil for frying
Instructions
Preparation: Boil the potatoes until it soft and peel of the skin. Roughly Chop tomato, green chilly and garlic and make a paste in the blender jar. Finley chop the onions as well. Making Aloo Masala
Step 2 Making Aloo Masala: 1. Preheat a pan, add 2-3 tbsp of oil in it, once oil is hot add 1/4tbsp fenugreek seeds in the oil. 2. Keeping the gas flame on medium, fry fenugreek until golden brown in color and then add 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds and also fry it turns golden brown in color. 3. Now add finely chopped onions in ti and saute it for 2-3 mins until softens. 4. Now pour the paste ( tomato, green chilly and garlic) in it and mix it well. cook it for 4-5 mins by covering the pan lid. 5. Remove the lid and add 1 tbsp salt, 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder, 3/4 coriander powder, 1 kashmiri red chilly, 1 tbsp roasted jeera powder, 1/4 tbsp aamchur powder. mix all ingredients well. 6. Add 1 cup of water in it and let it cook for more 3-4 mins. 7. After that add 1 tbsp of kastoori methi in the masala and mix it well, finally add potatoes crushed by hand or knife. 8. Final step add 1 cup of more water to adjust consistency , mix well and let it cook for 203 mins and its ready. Dough Making
Step 3 1. Combine 2 cups of wheat flour, 1/4 tbsp salt, 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder, 1-2 tbsp oil, 1/2 tbsp carom seed in a mixing bowl. 2. Add water drop by drop and kneed to make a tight dough. Cover by a moist cloth or plastic sheet and let it set for 15-20 mins. Making Poori
Step 4 1. Take small portion (size of lemon) out of the dough and roll it round in between the palms. 2. Dust the kitchen counter with flour or apply some oil on kitchen counter as well as on rolling pin. 3. Now roll it thin in round shape with rolling pin. 4. Repeat the process with rest of the dough/Poori. Frying Poori
Step 5 1. Take a pan and heat enough oil in it, keeping the gas flame on medium or med high. 2. Now place a round shared dough raw Poori in the oil and press it gently with spatula, it will pop out like a ball, Fry it until it turn golden brown color from both ends. 3. Take out the Poori on a tissue wrapped container to absorb excess oil, repeat the same process with all the Poories.Now Everything is ready and you can serve Hot Poori with Aloo Sabji. Happy Serving!

Step 1 PREPARATION: Soak chia seeds in warm water for 10 mins , these will absorb water and will swell up( become double in size).Make a paste of cashew by adding little water ( 5 tbs) in a blender jar , take out in a bowl and keep aside.
Step 2 METHOD: Take a blender jar , add all the ingredients milk , milk powder,cashew paste, roof afja syrup ,sugar and icecubes in it except chia seeds .Blend it well and rooh afja milk shake is ready. Serve this drink in glasses and then add soaked chia seeds to the glasses ( 2 tbs per glass or as per your choice). Mix well and this tasty , healthy ,refreshimg drink is ready to serve and add more icecubes in the drink to serve it chilled.

Step 1 Preparation: Rinse basmati rice well, drain the excess water and set aside for 10-15mins. Meanwhile cut the vegetables into big chunks and finely chop ginger, garlic, green chilly to make a paste.
Step 2 Method: Take a pan over gas burner on a medium flame, once get hot add 3-4 tbsp of desi ghee in it. Add all khade masals in it and roast these spices in ghee for 2-3 mins or turn golden brown in color. now alos add choped ginger, garlic and green chilly into it. keep gas flame on medium.Now add roughly chopped onions in it, mix well and fry it for 2 mins until color changes and appear transparent. Add paneer chunks in it as well and saute for 2 mins. following this add the all vegetables and cook for 2-3 mins by covering pan lid.After 2-3 mins remove lid and mix the rice in it and again cover the lid and again cook for 3-4 mins in between you can open lid and mix vegetables to avoid sticking to pan.
Step 3 Next step is to add water double to the quantity of taken rice, followed by salt 1/2 tbsp or as per taste, optionaly you can add turmeric and lemon juice for enhancing flavour. Cover the lid and let it cook for 12-14 mins and then turn off the flame but keep lid as it o cook more on steam for next 10 mins. After that its ready to eat.
Step 4 Serving: Now Pulao is ready to eat and you can serve these delicious cooked pulao to 3-4 people. Curd or raita is a most suitable option to serve with but its completely optional. Happy Serving.

150 g Paneer 2 Capsicum (medium size) 3 Onion (medium size ) 3 Tomato (medium size) 1 sticks Ginger (1 inch) 8 Garlic (cloves) 2 pt Green chilly 1/2 tbsp Coriander seeds 1 tbsp Cumin 1 Whole red chilly (peice) 8 Black pepper seeds (pcs) 7 Clove (pcs) 1 tbsp Salt 1 tbsp Turmeric powder 1/3 pinches Red chilly powder 1 tbsp Coriander powder 12 Cashew (pcs)

Step 1 Take 2 onion, capsicum and paneer and cut these into square shape chunks. Preheat a pan and add 2 to 3 tbs oil in it. Add vegetables chunks after oil becomes hot. And fry them on medium flame for 3 mins. Keeps stirring and do not overcook.
Step 2 Transfer the parcook vegetables in a bowl and keep aside Now dry roast 1 whole red chilly, 5 to 7 clove,half tbs coriander seeds, 5 to 7 black pepper seeds, 1 tbs cumin seeds. Dry roast all spices until it turns golden brown on medium flame and it will take about 2 to 3 mins. Coarsely grind them and put in a bowl.
Step 3 To make masala paste/ gravy, roughly chop 3 tomatoes, 1 onion, ginger piece, 8 to 10 garlic cloves and green chilly. Take a pan and add 2 to 3 tbs oil in it. Add these chopped ingredients in pan and also add half tbs salt to soften these .cook them on medium flame for 4 to 5 mins. Turn off the flame and let it cool .After cooling make a fine paste in grinder and transfer in a separate bowl.
Step 4 Making: Preheat a pan and add 3 tbs oil in it . Once oil is hot , add coarsely grounded spices into it and after that add masala mix ( ½ tbs salt +1/3 tbs chilly powder + 1 tbs coriander powder +1 turmeric powder and mix these in a bowl with 7 tbs of water and masala mix is ready) in it and mix it well and cook for about 2 mins .And then add masala paste to it and mix it well. Now add crushed cashew cashew powder to it. Add ½ cup of water to adjust consistency of gravy. Let the gravy cook on medium flame for about 2 mins and our masala gravy is ready .Now add parcook vegetables in it and mix well with gravy. Cover the lid and let it cook for more 3 to 4 mns. After 4 mins turn off the flame and kdai paneer is perfectly cooked ,and it is ready to serve.
Step 5 Serving: Mouth watering kadai paneer is ready, garnish it with fresh coriander And this delicious dish with naan .roti or parantha.This much serving is sufficient for 3 people.

Vegetables (Green+yelow Capsicum, corn, peas , Cauliflower) 1 Onion (pcs) 1 Tomato (pcs) 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste 1 cups Greated Cheese Salt (as per taste) 1/2 tbsp Chilly flakes 1 tbsp Pizza Seasoning 2 tbsp PIzza sauce 1 tbsp Chilly Vinegar 1/2 tbsp Chilly sauce 1 tbsp Tomato sauce 1/2 tbsp Baking powder 500 ml Oil (For frying)

Step 1 Preparing Dough: Combine refined flour, Salt 1/2tbsp, oil 3tbsp, 1/3 tbsp of baking powder in a plate and mix well. After mixing mixture will become crumbly. Add water drops gradually and kneed a tight dough. Cover it with a moist cloth and letit set for 20 mins.
Step 2 Preparing Stuffing: Finely chop all vegetables and onions, tomato. Preheat a pan, add some oil in it. after oil is comes high temperature, add 1 tbsp og ginger garlic paste, Cook on medium flame till it turns golden brown. Add onion and cook for more 2 mins. Now add chopped vegetabales and chilly powder, salt pizza seasoning, 1 tbsp chilli ginger, 2 tbsp pizza sauce, mix well with spatula. Cover the pan and let it cook for 3 mins. Now remove lid and ad sauces chilly, tomato then mix well turn off gas flame. Now add greeted cheese in it, mix lightly, your Stuffing is ready.
Step 3 Making Mcpuff : Grease your hand with oil, take out chunk of dough and kneed the dough over for a surface, then make a cylindrical roll. Divide the roll into 4 pieces. Take one portion of the dough, roll it round in your palms and flaten it on the kithcen counter or rolling board, with the help of rolling pin. Roll it into a little think Roti. Cut the slice into a square shape with the help of a knife to remove extra edges of the dough, and then cut tihis sheet into 2 halves.
Step 4 Take 1 sheet and start placing prepared Pizza stuffing over it and try to leave around 1 cm space on the edges to combine both sheets by overlapping, take drops of water to paste/stick edges of both sheets together. Make design on edges with fork. Repeat the same process with left dough portions.
Step 5 Deep Frying: Take a kdai, pour oil and heat oil on a medium flame. After oil become hot enough for frying, start adding prepared mcpuff in frying kdai, one by one depending on the kdai size. Fry these mcpuff till they turn golden brown, it takes around 6-7 mins. Take out them on a tissues paper wrapped container and Serve it hot.
Step 6 Serving: 4 pieces of tasty pizza Mcpuffs are ready to serve with chutney or tomato sauce. Happy serving!

1.5 cups Refined flour (approx 150gms) 3 Onion (medium sized) 2 Potato (pcs) 2 Green chilly (pcs) 2 tbsp Besan 1/2 tbsp Salt (as per taste) 1/2 tbsp Carom seeds 1 tbsp Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp Aamchur powder 1/2 tbsp Chaat masala powder 1/2 tbsp Roasted zeera powder 1 tbsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Whole red chilly 1/2 tbsp Carom seed 1 tbsp Saunf 1 tbsp Cumin seed 1/3 tbsp Fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp Heeng 1/2 l Oil (for frying)
Instructions
Step 1 Dough making: To make a dough , take a bowl and add refined flour , ½ tbs salt, ½ tbs carom seeds and 3 to 4 tbs refined oil in it. Mix everything well. Add water little by little and kneed. Make a medium soft dough ,greaseit with oil and cover with a wet cloth. Let it rest for 15 mins. Dry roast spices : take 1 tbs coriander powder, 1 whole red chilly, I tbssaunf, 1/3 fenugreek seeds and dry roast theses khada masala in tawa or pan until it turns golden brown for about 2 to 3 mins on medium flame. Coarsely ground them in grinder, take out in a pan and keed aside
Step 2 Preparing stuffing: Take 2 boiled potatoes, 3 onion and 2 green chilly. Peeled the potatoes and finelychopped onion and green chilly. Take a pan and add 2 to 3 tbs oil in it . When oil is hot add pinch of heeng ,finelly chopped green chilly , followed by chopped onion. Saute it for about 2 mins until it changed color( becomes transparent) and keeping the gas flame medium. At this stage add coarsely grounded dry roasted spices in it , mix them well, followed by ½ tbs salt , 1 tbs coriander powder, 1/3 red chilly powder, ½ turmeric powder and mix it well.
Step 3 After frying these for about 2 mins ,add 2 tbs gram flour and mix it well with masala and roast these for more 3 mins . Add mashed potato in it, mix well with masala , followed by ½ chat masala, ½ aamchur powder, ½ roasted cumin powder. Mix all the ingredients well and kachori stuffing is ready. Finally garnish with fresh coriander leaves and divide the masala into equal balls. Make kachori: Make equal sized balls out of the dough, stuff these with onion filling and seal it completely to avoid spill out while frying. Flatten the kachori with hand or may use rolling pin to flatten. Repeat the process with rest of the dough balls as well.
Step 4 Deep frying: Take a wok , heat enough oil in it and add 3 or 4 kachori in it or more depending on size of the kdai. Fry these on low to medium flame for about 12 mins until it turns nice crispy and golden brown.Serving: 6 kachoris can be made with this much dough and can be served with green chutney, tomato sauce or tamarind chutney.

4 Boiled potatoes / aloo (pieces) 1 Big Onion (piece) 2 Green chilly (pcs) 1 cups Besan 1/2 cups Rawa Sooji 1/2 tbsp Salt (as per taste) 1 tbsp Red Chili powder 1/3 tbsp Ajawin / Carom seeds 1 tbsp Turmeric / Haldi powder 1 tbsp Roasted Jeera powder 1/2 tbsp Aamchur Powder 1/2 tbsp Sabut Jeera / Cumin 1/3 tbsp Chaat Masala 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder 500 ml Oil (Frying Oil) Fresh coriander leaves

Step 1 Prepare Batter: Very initial step is preparing batter for Pakoras. Take a bowl and add all ingredients; Besan 1 cup, Sooji 1/2 cup, 1/2 red Chilly powder, 1/2 tbsp Salt as per taste, 1/3 tbsp turmeric powder, Roasted jeera powder, 1/3 tbsp carom/ ajawain powder. then add water to mix all ingredients using a whisk and prepare a smooth batter.
Step 2 Masala balls making: Let Potatoes boil in a presure cooker for 2-3 whistles and after that peel them off. Also finely chop onions, green chily ad coriander leaves. Mesh all ingredients and ad some salt followed by red chilly powder, 1/2 tbsp coriander powder, 1/2 tbsp jeera dana, 1/2 tbsp aamchur powder, 1/3 chaat masala. Now mix all stuff altogether. Now start creating masala balls out of this prepared stuff.
Step 3 Deep Frying: Take a pan, add oil for heating. after a certain temperature of oil, start frying masala ball by dipping masala ball into batter and then dropping smoothly one by one into frying oil pan. Fry all masala balls by reapeating batter dipping and frying process. Sign of turning masala bal into Golden brown is they area ready so take them out and place over a tissue wrapped container. Now Pakoras are ready to serve.
Step 4 Serving: Our Pakodas are ready to serve for 3-4 people, Serve these delicious Pakoras can be served with green chutney or even with tomatoes sauce. Happy serving and eating.

Step 1 Preparation: Roughly chop coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilly, ginger pieces and garlic cloves. To make a paste of these ingredients, take a grinder and add these chopped ingredients in grinder jar. Add 3/4 tbsp salt(as per taste), pour 1/2 cup water(for easy grinding), 1/2 tbsp sabut jeera and 1/2 tbsp heeng then prepare a fine paste.
Step 2 Take our prepared paste from grinder jar into a big bowl and pour 1.5 litre of water in it you can adjust consistency followed by 3/4 tbsp aamchur powder, 1/4 tbsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp roasted jeera powder, 1/2 tbsp chaat masala, 2 full spoon of lemon juice and mix well .
Step 3 Serving: Galgappa ka teekha pani is ready, you can add icecubes in it as it is served chilled. Enjoy this mouth drooling, teekha masaledaa, panipuri ka paani.

1 leter Millk Sugar (as per taste) 6 biscuits 2 tbsp Coco powder

Step 1
Preparation: Make a fine powder of biscuits using a grinder if available, ad 2 tbsp of coco powder in it, mix well. By adding 1 cup of milk make a paste of it. Method: Take a pan, pour milk in it. Boil Milk on medium ot high flame until it becomes 3/4th of original quantity(usually it will take 8-10 mins) after that add sugar into it.
Step 2
Once milk is reduced in quantity, then add prepared biscuits and coco paste in the kdai, slowly and then cook it for 3 mins , keep stirring continuously, and soon it will thicken and then turn off the flame, let it cool at room temperature, Dry fruits are optional if you want to add then use chopped or powdered form.
Step 3
Blend the mixture for few mins and then pour into the icecream tray and place the tray in the freezer for 2-3 hours, once it becomes semi solid you need to blend it again to set smooth icecream in a separate bowl and again pour the paste in the Icecream tray, wrap the tray with plastic sheet and keep the tray in a freezer overnight. Your ICecreame is ready now you can enjoy this delicious Icecream with friends or family. Happy Serving!

Preparation: Peel the mangoes, dice out the pulp of mangoes, which is approx 1.5 cups.

Method: Take a blender jar or whisker. Combine all the ingredients, milk, sugar, mango pulp, milk powder, fresh milk, malai and make fine paste. Cream rich mango is ready. Now pour the mango mixture in a icecream tray and cover it well with aluminium foil or any plastic sheet. Keep it in a freezer for about 5-6 hours or overnight. After that take out the frozen Mango icecream tray and remove the outer layer plastic wrap. Scoop it out in a bowl or plate. Mango icecream is ready to serve and eat. Happy serving!

2 cups Desicated Coconut
1 cups Jaggery
3 tbsp Ghee
Step 1
Preparation: Cut the jaggery into pieces. Making Coconut Ladoo mixture: Preheat a pan, add ghee in it and also add desiccated coconut it the pan. Mix well and roast the mixture on low flame for 2mins. Keep on stirring continuously with spatula to avoid burning of the mix. After 2 mins, add 1 cup of gud/jaggery, mix well, cover the lid and cook for more 2-3 mins(just to melt the jaggery/gud)
Step 2
Now remove the lid and keep pressing and stirring this mixture. As desiccated coconut has no water content. add approx 1/2 cup of water in it, you will see coconut will start absorbing water and its consistency will change. Let it cook for more 6-7mins by covering the lid. afterwards remove the lid and stir it with spatula and coconut mixture is ready. Turn off the flame and take out the mixture in a separate plate, let it cool for a while, once the mixture is semi cool, then start making ladoo out of it.

Ladoo Making: Take a desired amount of ladoo mixture in a hand, keep pressing and rolling in between your palms and fingers, give it a round ball shape. Now your Ladoo is ready.

Serving: Mix this listed ingredient and prepared mixture, 8-9 ladoo can be prepared. Keep the ladoo at the room temperature for a while and after that store in an air tight container. Happy Serving!
Besan Ladoo Racipe
Step 1To make ladoo mixture, preheat a pan and add ¾ of the ghee in it ( save ¼ of it for later use).Let it melt. Add 200 gms of besan in the melted ghee and mix these well. Now roast these on low or low to medium flame. Keep stirring the besan continuously to avoid burning of it and lump formation .If lumps forms then keep pressing the same with spatula. Roasting of gram flour is slightly lengthy process. It takes about 20 to 25 mins to roast it in ghee on low flame. During roasting (approx after 8 to 10 mins ) mixture will become little dry, then add the ghee we saved earlier and mix them well. Soon the texture of the mixture will start changing.Texture will become more or less sandy and its color will also become little dark.
Step 2You can add pinch of turmeric powder or yellow food color to it for the better color of the ladoo. After roasting it for 18 to 20 mins , itwill release a nice aroma and its cooked. Sprinkle water over it .Besan will absorb water and will become grainy .Cook it for more 2 to3 mins or until water disappears. Turn off the flame and take out in separate bowl to avoid overroasting of besan
Step 3Let it cool and once mixture is cooled down add pinch of black pepper powder and powdered sugar in it . Add dry fruits of your choice and mix all the ingredients well .Mixture is ready to make ladoo. Ladoo making: take desizered quantity of mixture in your hands, bind it while rolling it in your palms and give it a ball like shape. Serving: 9 to 10 ladoo can be prepared from this much mixture
