Having received numerous requests to reopen our store, Gayle and I have decided to open our door starting on Monday, May 19th. We will once again be open on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

We have placed an order with LittleForBig and includes their cloth backed Little Beauty as well as the blue and pink nursery print diapers. I am hopeful the order will arrive sometime next week.

Also ordered were bodysuits in several prints and solid colors. These will take approximately three months to arrive.

So much for retirement.

After talking about the future of our business, Gayle and I have decided to close. There is no turning back from this point and our decision is final.

Starting today, January 30th, we are offering 20% off the majority of our inventory. The only products not discounted are disposable diapers and 7 mil comfort pants.

We are sorry for the bad news. It was a pleasure to meet wondered people from all over the United States and many foreign countries. We will treasure these moments.

More to come as we begin the task of closing the business and selling off our inventory and store fixtures.

CTDC Closing our Doors

8:30 on a Saturday, tucked into bed in a triple thick diaper (M4+booster+Waddler) with plastic pants and a onesie, not to mention a full bottle in my tummy, just as a baby should be. I wonder what all the big people are doing tonight? I didn’t have time to watch this one before posting, hopefully it turned out okay, I wouldn’t know, baby is sleeping. 😴 - 8:34pm PDT

CTDC Retail Location Closing

It is with deep regret that I announce Changing Times Diaper Company will most likely close our doors at the end of 2023. The continued downturn in the US economy is resulting in fewer sales (retail and online) as we continue to see increased operating expenses for our retail business. The two are not compatible so a decision will be made in the upcoming months.

Should we close our retail business, we will revert to online sales of our clothing and polyurethane laminate (PUL) products. In time, all disposable diapers, most of the Gary Mfg. vinyl pants, diaper pins and plastic bottles will be discontinued. This will allow us to have a smaller space to rent along with a lower insurance rate and utility bills.

We’ve had a great run since starting a home-based business in August 2007 and expanding to a retail store in August 2016. Gayle and I have literally met thousands of wonderful people from around the world since opening our Las Vegas location.

More will be posted in the next few months as we talk and come to a final decision based upon the economy, sales and operating expenses.
