I love the block button. It's genuinely the best feature any platform has ever implemented ever. I use it liberally, and without guilt. Someone has an absolutely awful take? Blocked. Someone annoys me? Blocked. Someone has bad vibes? Blocked. Someone posts something I don't want to see a lot? Blocked. Someone didn't do anything wrong but I just don't want them to see the shit I post? Blocked.

This is my coldest take ever, but I think more people need to get comfy with the block button. It's easy, and good for your mental health.

I'm going to keep writing Vampire SMP fanfics, because as a series it means so much to me, and so many people worked so hard on it. I will be moving away from writing anything Av*d centric, at least for now. It should go without saying, but send love to those harmed. Take care of yourselves, and take care of each other. Remember, we're stronger as a community. 💜

I didn't get my college AU fic done in time to post today like I wanted (can't believe my actual college life interrupted my college AU writing), but I wanted to share some of my favorite ideas from the wider universe of the fic.

-Scott is a fashion merchandising major who inherited a house he now lives in with Shelby, Pyro, and Owen.

-Pyro used to live with Apo, and now they're in a custody fight over Truffle (Who is either a dog or a guinea pig, whichever is funnier)

-Shelby is a journalism student who runs a blog about cryptid hunting

-Apo has a girlfriend (Cherri) who goes to a different school. She's constantly talking about transferring to be closer to her, but never does.

-Martyn is a performance arts major, but lies and tells everyone he's a business major

-Avid is a chemistry major who's taking forever to graduate because he keeps taking unrelated classes
