Yes!! I wanted my tumblr to match my website (which is in my bio)

I actually sorta rebranded this whole page. It used to be just a bungou stray dogs blog but because my "main" account was actually a secondary blog and tumblr gives no way to switch which is the main blog I decided to just go for it and rebrand this into my main.

The camellia in my pfp is my brand logo! I use it when I sell my art at comic conventions :D

I rly love the way you draw Mu Qing I've been thinking about him today and how the fandom collectively decided he actually has silver hair. Except I disagree! I think that if not black it would be more of a dark gunmetal gray but slightly iridescent like feathers too? Mu Qing hair discourse...

A little lighting tutorial for you my lovelies

the color of the highlight comes from the color of the light source,

the color of the ambient occlusion comes from the color of the object itself but darker,

the color of the cast shadow come from the color of the background but darker,

the color of the ambient light comes from the color of the nearest object,

the color of the subsurface scattering comes from the object itself but much more vivid

Note:

cast shadow is the shadow made by the object

ambient occlusion is where the light source does not hit the object (aka the shadow on the object itself)

ambient light is the light bouncing from the surrounding objects onto the main objects

Once someone tagged art that I made with "woah" and I think about it at least once a week. Someone else said "oh neat" once. Someone else WROTE A WHOLE DAMN POEM IN THE COMMENTS. Anyways even just one word can change how someone sees their art. You don't even have to think about it too hard. You could put a keyboard smash and I'd probably cry from joy.

I'm also trying hard to interact more, I understand that it's hard to break away from opening your phone and being in Content Consumption Mode.

I honestly hadn't stopped to think about this until I saw this post... I used to think people would get annoyed if they were notified everytime someone posted a comment on their art. I never thought about it being like fanfiction and that they might appreciate comments. Frick, that means I'm part of the problem on here. Thats gotta change.

I spent countless hours reading and rereading tags full of love people left under my art. All the people i could gift a laugh to or even inspire with something I made mean more to me then you could ever know.

It's what makes me proud of my art!

And to think that you could have enjoyed my art in silence and I would have never known.

Hello! I've been thinking about our current arc (when Fyodor and Dazai were still fighting to get the antidote) Well, at one specific moment Fyodor tells Dazai that his relationship with Chuuya was shallow and superficial because he didn't know that his partner of seven years could easily manipulate water.Anyway, it's true that it's shown that Dazai and Chuuya are working together, but is there anything concrete that simply says "no, Dazai and Chuuya's relationship is not right in any way"? I know it exists, but I can't think of anything at the same time... Is Fyodor really right?😞

I mean I don't think that Dazai would have thrown Chuuya in the water unless he knew Chuuya would be fine! And I think the whole point of soukoku is that their mutual understanding and trust is as deep as the Mariana Trench. "I used corruption because I trusted you" -Chuuya in Dead Apple, for example.

I'm sorry if I misunderstood your question at all btw, I struggled to decipher the last part a little!
