The creatures are useful underground in wide tunnels, but not so sure-footed on the mountain passes. And bringing them to the surface in daylight is always a catastrophe waiting to happen. They're spooked by every sign of movement, and once riled up, they'll charge just about anything in sight.
Bah. Must investigate the possibility of using a more even-tempered beast. Donkeys, perhaps? The humans swear by them.

Hello True Believers! And Unbelievers!
Hamburger Jack here, begging for money.
While I am newly re-employed, I will not get my first check until the end of the month. The place I work at has a bi-weekly pay system and I was hired at the end of a pay period, so I will not be getting paid for three weeks.
I know what you’re thinking:
Who cares, suffer *antagonistic fist shaking*
But I need cat food. And also to pay my phone bill.
