kurtis has made a ton of nostalgic videos about stuff from the past (mindflex, the video gear command center, vintage tech video, digimon cards, fushigi, and a loooot of videos about old movies and tv in general).

drew has been on a roll for videos about the present tech and how everything kind of sucks now (protein, tech these days, Instagram cooking, gambling vid, ai videos, the fast shoes, future of tv, dopamine vid, square food, mental health products, every weird ads vid)

danny has made some videos talking about the future (rich people building cities, the fuckass device that I can't remember, futuristic clothes, smart houses)

so what I'm saying is, the three of them kind of, to me, embody past present and the future

yes I thought that danny had more videos like that and maybe lately (past few years)he has been trying more paranormal stuff (hypnosis, mind powers, ghost hunting, ultimate balance) but let's count that as futuristic ok?

All the sides during a formal event, what the fuck are these bastards doin

roman - the host of the event, he is glamorous, he is shining and he IS the most important person there. everything is his signature colors and very royal looking. he designed the invites, decorated the whole place, came up with what food to serve. so, wherever you look, he came up with that.

logan - event coordinator, he was the one who actually planned everything, sent out the invites roman made, made sure his recipes weren't lethal, and got rid of any safety hazards. also makes sure everything happens according to schedule and if it doesn't, well... he will remember why (or because of who)

patton - entertainer. on stage all evening! dad jokes, wordplay, and i 100% believe that he would do magic. just silly little tricks, but everyone would love them, especially kids. got paid in cookies (he specified that he WANTED to be paid that way)

virgil - lurking outside, walking around alone, i imagine the event taking place somewhere where there's a garden, and he just walks through it, looking at every flower and smelling it. maybe there's a lake nearby, he throws stones in it, just over all trying to be as peaceful as he can be.

remus - he is like a goblin. he tries to make everything go NOT according to schedule, he steals food but mostly pattons cookies. he also hides props around, so pattons tricks dont always work. he drops sour candy in peoples drinks, steals everyones coats and pours oli on the dance floor. roman tried to stop him by locking him out of the building, but he managed to get back inside.

janus - he is here to execute a heist. what is he stealing? THE SPOTLIGHT! he tries so hard to one-up roman, talking about how his own event would have been soooo much more fancy. he stands with patton on the stage and tries to do better tricks, but when he pulls out a scorpion out of his hat, the kids cry. at some point joins remus in the mischief. or maybe ot was all just a distraction from the actual heist...?

I’m going to scream into the void about sander sides, feel free to join.

I think my favorite side is Roman character wise but I love vigils design and outfits. Janus is a close second for both.

(Sorry if I worded things confusing) Roman imo has a pretty big burden placed on him, which is creativity and Thomas’s passion. His job quite literally keeps Thomas employed, he’s one of the main driving forces in Thomas’s life. Wether that be creating videos, starring in plays, being confidence, etc. He has to keep creating because if he can’t then Thomas wouldn’t (maybe even couldn’t) find value in his life. If Roman could hypothetically disappear, there wouldn’t be Thomas anymore, even more so than the other sides since he (imo) MAKES Thomas Thomas. And I don’t think Roman is appreciated enough for all the stuff he does.

Okay so since Thomas Sanders has gotten his ears pierced since the last time I was into Sanders Sides, here's what I think the different sides' earrings would be:

Patton: His favorite is a pair where one is a cat and one is a dog, but he also has some hearts, as well as other types of animals (and pizza slices). He's the most likely to get into "silly" earrings.

Logan: Was hesitant at first, but now really enjoys earrings with the chemical formulas for different molecules. The molecules change depending on what he thinks Thomas should focus on and Thomas' environment--H2O if he hasn't had enough water; serotonin or dopamine when he's feeling down; oxytocin when he's with people (or animals) he loves.

Roman: His usual is gold crown stud earrings, or ruby hearts if he's thinking about a cute guy. He will go all-out on more special occasions, though. I'm talking dangling rubies, diamonds, gold, the whole shebang. He's the most likely side to wear really heavy earrings but insist that they don't hurt.

Virgil: Safety pin earrings! I think he'd put beads on them, likely something pride related or acronyms from his favorite songs. He also has earrings with spiders.

Remus: Since his role is intrusive thoughts, I think he makes his ears look like the worst-case scenario for what could happen when you get your ears pierced (infections, earrings get ripped out, etc). If he ever settles down, his earrings would still be pretty gorey, but slightly easier to handle.

Janus: Something understated, but sophisticated. Pearls, gold studs, or small diamonds. I think he could also wear a snake ear cuff, the kind that wraps around the whole ear--very snake in the garden of Eden whispering to Thomas.

Okay but what if the Sides have like "True Forms" like biblical angels. They just take the form of Thomas cause he's the host, but they're actually are like, giant balls of energy with multiple wings and eyes

what if logan starts isolating himself from the other sides after he has his "orange side" outburst because he's so afraid of hurting someone that he loves, but that just make him lonelier and sadder and more prone to "scary outbursts". and Patton roman and Virgil don't know what to do so they ask Janus and Remus for advice because they don't know what to do and they need logan and more importantly they love logan and they have no clue what's going on with him at all, they just know that he's started putting distance between everyone and himself. and so all five of them team up and they have a thunderbolts* moment where logan's self loathing and self hate is defeated by the power of friendship (even if janus + virgil are reluctant to call it that)
