tbh I don’t think I’m gonna continue this
seed dlc
item: melon seeds
item type: normal, immobile
atk: none, no damage
hp: 5
item: pumpkin seeds
item type: normal, immobile
atk: ranged type, stuns for 1 turn, 3 dmg
hp: weak (dies when attacked in all circumstances)
item: beetroot seeds
item type: normal, mobile (3 tiles)
atk: takeover type, 1 dmg
hp: weak (dies when attacked in all circumstances)
how points work:
it’s the current hp and atk stats summed together to have a way to know how currently powerful you are
item: dandelion
item type: normal, mobile (1 tile)
atk: takeover type, stuns protectors for 1 turn, 2 dmg
hp: 2
item: flaccid flower
type: normal, immobile
atk: ranged type (first enemy infront of it), 1 dmg
hp: 1
item: feather
type: normal, mobile (2 tiles)
atk: takeover type, 1 dmg
hp: weak (dies when attacked no matter the circumstances)
how attacking and defending works:
attacking is simple, attack a enemy that turn that’s within your range.
defending is protecting another’s hp by sacrificing yours, example: seed a is protecting seed b, seed b gets attacked for 1 hp, seed a takes the damage instead. the protected needs to be atleast 1 tile around the protector if the protector is immobile or if the protector is mobile it can protect any item is in the same or less number of tiles it can move in a turn.
types of items:
normal is a item that is not consumable and that can be killed, it can be either mobile or immobile which are self explanatory.
consumable is a item that is summoned temporarily, before disappearing. it can be either for instant damage or a buff which are self explanatory.
item: blue cornflower
item type: normal, immobile
atk: ranged type (5x5 range), 1 dmg
hp: 2
this buddy is dangerous for foes, keep them protected
types of attacks:
takeover type: when the target is defeated, the attacking item takes their position, like in chess
normal type: when the target is defeated, the attacking item doesn’t move
ranged type: the attacking item is attacking the target from afar
sometimes effects can be cast on targets as a attack.
item: wheat seeds
item type: normal, mobile (1 tile)
atk: takeover type, 1 dmg
hp: 1
this little guy ain’t all that interesting but grow him into wheat and you might gain the upperhand
basic ruleset:
first you need to set a item in your nexus core that’s in your territory, so does the enemy which’s nexus core you need to defeat by killing the item in it and taking the spot of the nexus core with a item. and yes, if the nexus item is mobile, the nexus core can move along with the item.
second we need to establish that the • is the super attacking position and • is the super defending position, || || is the border between the two territories. each has a use, the super attacking position to put items in and double the damage output, the super defending position to double your current hp, and the border for passing through to the foe’s land and putting in walls to keep building your defense. the tiles with no symbol can use both a attack and defense, but weaker than their super position counterparts.
thirdly, as the players take turns they deploy items (only 1-3 of the same items in one turn) and attack their enemies nexus item, they can also combo items for new ones or use consumable items to destroy enemies and strengthen yourself.
fourthly, after 3 turns the players can pass through the barrier to eachothers territory
with all these rules in place, just make sure to have fun!
Aight let’s battle!
