"Why would you ship THIS ship and not THAT ship when they are SO similar!?"

I feel like people who follow me are probably wondering about this so my simple explanation is "it's all about the writing, the chemistry, and the compatibility that I feel the characters have".

For example, I don't ship SoubixRitsuka because I don't like the way Soubi ACTS around Ritsuka. Ritsuka seems very uncomfortable around him at first. I also don't like how Ritsuka comes from a damaged home and it feels like Soubi is taking advantage of an abused child.

But though Zack and Ray have almost the same age gap, they treat each other as equals. They're both very innocent when it comes to intimacy (even anything related to love) so I like that more. I think they do love each other...a lot. But they have no prior experience so they're entirely unaware that is what they are feeling.

I might feel differently about Loveless once I finish reading the manga though. Both of these ships are from josei manga...which is normally really well-written...esp when it comes to 'relationships outside the norm'!!

If Loveless DOES get finished...that is. :|
