Written in St. Petersburg, Berlin, and Athens, and co-produced by Finnish multi-instrumentalist Jaakko Eino Kalevi, the album renders the existential, psychological, and philosophical in song form. Exploring motivation and self-doubt, the long shadow of the Soviet Union, and collective empathy with a cinematic air, Chikiss weighs darkness and light, landing on the side of hope in her most considered and polished vocal album to date."

Minimalist lines, resembling more a mysterious counting rhyme than a poem. It is As if groping through a viscous, blurred landscape of inaction, procrastination, and fears towards a cherished goal. Everyone has their own. And what doesn’t work out means it simply doesn’t work out. But what is meant to happen always happens.

It was my second piano//electroacoustic concert in this life. People, the space, instrument were amazing. Thanks ot the team of Studio Chérie for this possibility. Free improvisation, excited and calm at the same time. I must not forget about piano anymore - my faithful companion.
