Some of you wait for the right conditions.
Last week, @gayrubber791019 didnât.
I challenged him to gear up and report in for a uniform / kit check for seven days (during a heat wave, no less), and he committed.
No breaks, no excuses - just gear on, mindset locked in, even underneath civilian clothes. Thatâs the difference that many of you donât understand: staying switched on. Committing to the routine.
He even convinced me to get a GBR suit of my own...
His reflection is below:
Thank you coach! Yes I really did enjoy it! It felt amazing and almost second nature to wear them. Sometimes in the last few days it got a bit too hot, but the kit checks were amazing (and hot). They gave me a sense of pride to show it to you and to obey the rules of the challenge!
When the gear goes on without hesitation, when the routine stops feeling like effort⊠thatâs when you know you are part of the team.
Feeling inspired? You know what to do.
Thank you so much for your inspiration and guidance coach! If it feels so good, why not wear it all the time? đ«Ą
