What if vampires have pale faces because they're still wearing their 18th century lead makeup?

Dont worry, I didn't try historically accurate cosmetics! This is the white foundation from sunset. Turns out my basic goth makeup tools (white foundation/powder + some powerful hairspray) are all I need to fake an 18th century look.

I probably should have brought the foundation down to my neckline but I didn't want to take any chances getting it on the silk, especially since it was 84° F out. I'll test it on a silk scrap and see how that comes clean before I do full makeup.

Why do we topstitch corsets? To make the seams lie flat; to strengthen the seams; and because it's pretty! When it's finished, this will be my new Smaug corset.

I made this corset for my dragon costumes, but it's reversible, and the other side has so much green that I want to use it for a pinup Loki outfit ...

This corset is reversible, but it definitely needs a chemise layer underneath when the vinyl "dragon" scale is facing inward (like in this picture). But it's fun to see all the green embroidery! I think I should use this as the base for a new Loki outfit
