Why were you running late? She tilts her head. Oh, uh… yeah… She smiles awkwardly, offering her hand to him.

He quickly comes up with something. "I was running errands." Megumi lowers his gaze down to your hand almost not knowing what to do with it. He almost reaches out to take it but then pulls his hand back and opens the door for you instead, clearing his throat. "I also realized something. I never got your name before."

The lady at the front brought them to a table, handing them menus. Rosalina picked here’s up and scanned the options.

"How do you know me exactly?" 'She's got to be another sorcerer to. If not, then it makes it more strange.' He finally glances down at it.

He abruptly turns. It must be important. "What's going on?"

He relaxes just a tad that he doesn't have to sprint and there's no immediate danger, for now. "Of course I am." Megumi completely brushes off the compliment and doesn't acknowledge the compliment. Wants to stick to just business. "What's the mission? Should we be meeting up with him?"

“He told me to give you the details. Here, read through this.” ‘hands him a file, speaks while he’s reading it’ “Luckily, it’s a low level curse. It was in an abandoned restaurant thingy… Scary. Anyway- we should be able to kill it quickly. Apparently, people have gone missing too. If anything, we should try to find them.”

Simple enough, he then glances up and stares at your hand for a moment before he reluctantly grabs it to shake while standing straight still. "Likewise." Megumi pulled his hand away as fast and gives you back the report. "Let's go right away."

Inside the car Megumi doesn't get why she's so flustered and weird all of a sudden, it's just food. He glances back at her from the front passenger seat. Normally he dismisses any invites but why not this time. "Sure. We can get dinner afterwards. But I'm not buying for you."

”Yay! Thank you. And that’s okay, i’ll pay for us both. I haven’t gone out with a friend for so long, can’t wait to get to know you better!”

He's already examing the perimeter. Its an old pizza spot that was known as "Monstros" and having occasional live shows. "A 4,000 square footage should about do it." Megumi approaches the front doors. "Dont forget to automatically assume that any of the missing individuals inside are probably already dead."

He takes the can from you. "You would hate ginger ale then."
