三合一面 sān hé yí miàn / In Xi’an 西安市 These noodles were flat. The ingredients were spicy miso containing ground meat, bok-choy, tomato and jew's ear mushrooms. 平たい麺に、挽肉入りの辛みそと、チンゲン菜、トマト、黒キクラゲをミックスして食べました。
