I was sent this image by a comrade of mine, and as a form of spite I decided to write a scenario down with the purpose of explaining how all of these could be at war specificaly (with the rule that they are all treated as nation states and not as types of people, I'm not explaining why every catholic hates Ireland, it would be pointless.) And due to the circumstances of this post I woll not be using my typical style of using "we, us, and our" over me me and mine. This will be organized in 5 chains.
The PLA in china finally, after over 70 years of making its final bid for unification with Taiwan. As the landing craft land in the night the USA is called due to its mutual defense pact and the desire of the current goverment to use a war to make themselves popular. As well japanese agreements with Taiwan trigger in the defense of the pacific. At the news of Chinese war with the USA Iran throws out its agreements and peace talks with the USA thus bringing them back to war. This sparking unrest and eventually revoluton from what liberal portions of the USA such as California and a vengeful Biden movement. As well several forces declares that this entire thing is stupid and we shouldn't of supported Taiwan at all, whether it be for the isolationist status or the distrust of foreigners. The people rebelling for this reason were Mississippi, libertarians, and a sect of hardline police activists who saw it as an undermining of the police in America. Once the Chinese invasion hits the ears of putin he declares an expansion to the war on Ukraine to hit against the usa and to stand in solidarity with china aswell it is a bid to secure military and economic support from china. At this the Ukrainian army, who have no qualm with china or Iran would form a mutant now aligning themselves as nato ukrainians, before they strike at the ukrainian government, tired of the endless conflict. In seeing this, poland, scared of a Russian dominated east where they are squeezed out of influence, would invade the remainder of the ukrainian goverment. As a reaction to the polish break from European foreign policy the EU would declare a state of emergency and with a majority vote would declare an invasion of poland to restore peace in Europe. Though with the german reluctance they where allowed the status of margivate. This status they shared with ireland as well. At the new foreign policies declaration France would feel resentful of being outvoted and having their independence swiped away for the purposes of bringing poland back under wing. Thus they would declare support of poland and strike into the rest of the EU. After this small chaos the pope would attempt to call for peace in Europe, but due to the agitation the EU in the area decided to put and end to the papal state in order to keep their base supported. During the battle of the basilica the Swiss guard would attempt to halt the advances of the EU, but they where overpowered Due to the status of these soldiers as Swiss civilians and people the Swiss government would be called to the side of the papacy and thus against the EU. Back to Asia and to add to the japanese joining against China. They would, assuming support from Korea, land in the south. This angered the Koreans who did not permit the japanese military to land on their coast, thus they treated it as an invasion from the land of the rising sun. Upon hearing of the renewed japanese aggression, the DPRK would launch a pre-emptive (non nuclear) strike on japan to prevent them from setting up to invade them after rolling through south korea. On another note the chaos of the American civil war going on at the moment helped rile up the Australian football team who, in a fit of frustration, would beat up a member of the American soccer team. This resulting in a declaration from the newly martial lawed government of america under Trump, impulsively declaring war in all Australians. Aboriginal and not.
Chain 2 ( liberal bigotry)
In the chaos of the american civil war a LGBQ empire would be declared, and in an attempt to get support from the federal government, they would declare exclusion of member of the Trans party's from their government. This frustrated the recently established transitionary republic of the east coast who's governments was run by the Trans council. Pushing them to side with china and the liberal elements of the US civil war.
Chain 3 (emesarian problems)
With the US majority in force in the western hemisphere they would send an emisary to every American (north and south) country offering forgiveness and friendship in exchange for joining their forces against the chinese. Taking advantage of this, Cuba, Venezuela, and Mexico would join, whether for the forgiveness or for the threat of military force if they didn't join up. Upon one of these emisarian ship, the one sent to Canada specificly, the us picked up the Olympic council who were still on their way out. This ship was hit by a Californian cruise missile on its way to the western territories of Canada. This bringing the Olympics and their temporary sponsor of maralbourough into the conflict.
Chain 4 (levantine invasions)
Due trunps recent statements of acting independently from the Israelis and the overwhelming numbers of the chinese side, Benjamin Netanyahu declared war upon the usa. At this bothers the Saudis and Egyptians would declare war upon Isreal to get a boon from the usa and to eliminate the Jewish state. At seeing this development the Israelis made the difficult choice to reach out to the Palestinians and propose a joint theocracy under Muslim and Jewish control, the Palestinians accepting the new proposal formed a new elevating confederation to fight the southern Arabs.
Chain 5 (trouble in paradise)
After the EU invasion of poland and France, the Irish would declare the need for a united Ireland to help support a strong EU. Thus they proclaimed the union and marched into the north, this got the continental British flustered and forced a response to protect their territorial integrity from the EU. At this, Irish sympathizers in the Britian would form an anti monarchist force in the north to fight alongside the Irish.
This project has taken surprisingly only about a total of 3 hours, 2 of which being the rough draft on paper and the other hour being writing this and studying the image.
