Cuz he is dead and I don't like pandering. If a character comes back is to serve a purpose in the story/episode. ( Like Moloch, the thieves, Dexter or ep 1 Bob)

I want to do something for episode 9 or 10, and for that certain characters do not need shorts (The entire cult in this case)

I thought it’d be hilarious if Holoform Soundwave ran Blind as a side gig—since stalking is his hobby.
