I haven't been on tumblr for a long time, and it feels significant. After a period of depression, I'm noticing a new spark—energy, interest, or maybe hope returning. I'm beginning to feel alive again, with motivation to return to parts of myself that I thought were distant.
I feel deep gratitude and admiration, for this young beautiful bright light of a woman. Olandria has brought a spark back with her presence, work, and words of wisdom all the while she was dealing with constant bullying, berating, and racism. Olandria has shown grace and poise and also she was moving with intention, Ola has helped pull me out of a dark period. I am so proud of her and appreciative of the impact she’s had on my life and so many others. Olandria has become a source of motivation, comfort, and inspiration during a time when I needed it most, and that means a lot to me.
