Sorry for my late reply I was waiting for a bit more info to come out.
Long story short Kai took a guardianship position over Sarah while they were living together in the onion household in Washington. She moved home and then came back a number of times and it just surfaced that Greg and Sarah were in a relationship for two weeks since she just turned 18. It is pretty solid evidence that they were grooming her from the young age of 14.
If anyone can add some more info that would be helpful!!

Greg likes to make these non-legally binding "documents" to scare people into not saying what happened at his house when they leave. In this case he probably wanted to make sure Sarah never said anything about what she's seen over the years and probably didn't want her to talk about the relationship at all, just in case there was any backlash like there is now.
His divorce "contract" to Skye is a great example of him thinking he's smart enough to be a lawyer (the document was easily thrown out in court and the dumbass actually thought he could also change the "contract" in pen after it was already signed) and also want to try and make sure he can manipulate every situation to his advantage. But again, it didn't stand up in court and none of his contracts ever would. There's a reason why we have lawyers

I feel like most YouTube couples will inevitably get haters criticising their relationships (because its the Internet) for any reason at all, even silly reasons. But James and Kai choose to focus on what others say and define their relationship as 'proving the haters wrong' whereas any other couple would simply ignore criticism that they know is false because they're mature enough to know that what strangers online think means nothing. Besides, the criticism those two get is warranted.
