Amy Lee: A Singer Never Forgotten

Amy Lee has always had a remarkable voice and one that no one can never forget. A chilling yet relaxing with as much emotion that usually follows the talent. Although there hasn't been any hint on any new studio album from the last release in 2006 titled 'The Open Door' which features some rememberable tracks such as "Call Me When You're Sober" and of course no one can ever forget 'Fallen' which features so many passionate tracks such as "Bring Me To Life", "Going Under", and "My Immortal". However, within this last year, Amy Lee and Evanescence have launched their 2011 self-titled album, 'Evanescence'. It's obvious that after every year that passes, many fans will remain loyal to the artists that fill everyone's hearts with emotion. They are a force to never be reckon with.

Hit The Lights: Hits the UK

It wasn't long ago when frontman Nick Thompson was performing some of their well-known singles such as "Body Bag" and "Three Oh Nine" at the local college I reside, at Hocking College. But question arise when the band hasn't really hit the mainstream of radio and TV. This coming up May, the band plans to hit the UK in just some of the big cities such as Liverpool and Manchester, just like they always have in the past. Some of the main bands that are on the roster for the 2012 Slam Dunk Festival include not only them but also Mayday Parade, Taking Back Sunday, Cartel, and Of Mice and Men. It just proves that different styles of music are more popular in many different cultures and many different nations. I wish the best of luck for all bands and fans for attending Slam Dunk Fest this May.

Album/Artist Review: Kutless, 'Believer'

I always remember the hardcore kind of sound that was brought out by Jon Micah in some of their songs from their earlier projects such as "Shut Me Out" on their 2006 album, 'Heart Of The Innocent'. Jon has always filled the audience with so much strength in a lot of Kutless' albums such as "Sea Of Faces" which was released in 2004 and when "You" was released in 2008 of the album entitled 'To Know That You're Alive', it filled everyone up with undying devotion and so much passion being felt from the emotional chords throughout the song. Once again the band comes together to bring more that passion and devotion much like Chris Tomlin and Casting Crowns in their new studio release of 'Believer'. With their new hit single on the Christian music single, "Carry Me To The Cross" and other passionate songs such as "Carry On", it's clear to me that after the changes they endured after starting the band in 1999, their music as warmed up to the hearts of many who need it the most.
