My attempt at Jamerson’s killer solo on ‘Mutiny’ by Jr. Walker & The All Stars from ‘66. It’s a tricky one!

Absolutely love Jamerson’s playing on this tune… ‘Fever in the Funk House’ from 1968. One of the few instrumental cuts from the Funk Brothers, this is just classic Jamerson with loads of syncopated open string bounces and that awesome run back into the verse. Nice.
