Ever feel like each time you exhale, your heart shrinks?

What am I suppose to do with a peach pit heart?

The days no longer have a number to keep track of

What to do when you’re only seen as a monster?

A monster that was created by monsters and trauma.

There’s a pain in my neck like I’ve been screaming but I’ve been silent all day.

If you’re reading this, remember how your spirit calls for the ground when you’re soaring through humanity’s challenges. Feeling grounded doesn’t mean you’re chained. You’re not crazy for saying no to the world and yes to the higher version of yourself.
