Switching focus to cycling and trail running with lighter high volume strength-speed work. But will be doing a maintainence heavy day every other week. Today was 3x3 at 410lbs backsquat. Finisher today was 4 rounds: 15 hang squat cleans / 30 push-ups. Spring is in the air but it was a tad chilly, so we slow baked ribs with a brown sugar and cayenne rub and charred them at the end with bbq sauce to create a little bark. Came out so good. It’s been a heavy work weekend, but got a chance Saturday evening to enjoy some of the spoils. Been waiting on the bottle of Weller for more than 4 months and finally arrived yesterday.
