my “method” i use to shift.

( when i’m feeling organized )

1. before shifting, throughout my day, I affirm that I’m already in my desired reality. also, i listen to music that reminds me of my dr while scripting, or just in general doing daily tasks.

2. once it’s time to intend to shift, i usually just lie down and start affirming while listening to calming music / music that reminds me of my desired reality.

3. after affirming, i usually just feel myself drifting, so then i just start deciding i’ve shifted.

4. when all’s said and done, i either fall asleep or just stay in the midst of everything.

shifting is this simple and easy.
