Storyline

After living through some tragic events, a rock band composed by twenty-year-old, immerse themselves in a conceptual project that winds-up becoming a three track album that deals largely with their guilts, fears and traumas. Each song has the distinctive quality of including the most heart-wrenching incidents lived by the band members, who wish to purify their darkest moments through their music. Within this framework, the band decides to withdraw to a far away grotto to record the videos that will accompany their record. Once there, they unwisely trespass into an abandoned gold-mine where they discover an idol made of stone: it is an ancient diabolical representation used by the Spanish conquerors to frighten and subdue the natives and their local god. Having unleashed the spirit of the mine, the three youngsters will be unwillingly submerged in a dark and familiar realm: the world created in their record. Now they must fight for survival against the horrors of their past, the same ...

Un grupo de arqueólogos de la Universidad de la República ingresa, por primera vez en la historia del Uruguay, a un cuartel. Su misión: excavar en busca de los restos de detenidos-desparecidos durante la dictadura militar. Los Comandantes en Jefe de las tres armas entregan al Presidente un informe con los datos reunidos al cabo de una investigación interna. Los familiares de desaparecidos entregan el suyo. El país sigue con atención los acontecimientos. La televisión se apropia del asunto. Comienzan las excavaciones. Pero los cuerpos no aparecen y el hecho parece desmentir la afirmación de que cuando se comete un crimen lo difícil no es tanto ejecutar el acto, sino borrar las huellas. Finalmente, al cabo de cien días de excavar, la tierra revela su secreto: se ubican los primeros restos. Días después, alguien escribe sobre un muro de Montevideo: "Ubagesner Chávez Sosa, el primer EX detenido-desaparecido". HISTORIA DEL MIEDO is a film about scared people. In the context of the chaotic summer in the suburbs, the social order reveals itself fragile and about to give in. GONCHI tells the story of a Uruguayan car racer that dreamt about being in F1 and did all that was possible to reach his goal. When he was about to reach his best prize, he died in a car accident at the CART World Series tests in Laguna Seca, US. This is a story about inspiration and overcoming obstacles. It portrays that nothing is impossible in life if there is dedication and love. A story about a young man that went through many hardships and that raced with the best. He came from a far away country with no tradition in the international automobile racing world. The producers of Gonchi are the producers of the successful films 12 Hours 2 Minutes and Jugadores con Patente that were released in 2012 and 2013. Both films received the applause of the audience and were praised by the media. In 12 Hours 2 Minutes the producers brought to the big screen, patients that were on a waiting list for organ transplants. Never before had a documentary had such impact and realism. This film helped the government launch a national campaign to donate organs. The focus of Jugadores con Patente was to launch a campaign against violence in soccer. The film was inspired by the friensdship of two players that are rivals in the field but friends in life. This two players are the captains of the two most popular teams in Uruguay.

At 60 km is a documentary about the dream of Mario Sabah and his two sons: Travel the world by the same old 1977 car.
