Lïfting Checklist

Saw one of these and I thought I’d do my own, the original has tags attached to it.

Purse or mini Kanken

Waist trainer (if body concealing)

Tools (magnet, hook, booster bag, scissors ALWAYS on body)

Large dark colored shopping bag

Jacket (to put in the shopping bag/use to conceal/change your look)

Hair bands (to conceal or change your look)

A bottled drink in your bag (drink from this in front of employees, so if someone sees your hands near your bag a lot, they know it’s for the drink)

Wallet (with some money in it, and on your body)

Pencil case for small items (optional)

Loose clothing to conceal in, or a large bra

I was so nervous holy shit lol made sure to conceal in a dressing room and not on camera btw

Any tips on how to calm your nerves or atleast look composed? I tried to look calm but I feel like I looked skittish? Employee asked to check my bag on the way out but sometimes they do that there. Anyway I let them and was cleared cause this was underneath stuff from a different store ;)

Also is it true that LP can only go after you if they see you conceal in person / on camera? Apparently they have to drop you if you go into a changing room or bathrooms
