SAMBAL TEMPE
1. Tempe dibumbui, digoreng. Tiriskan.
2. Sambal: bawang putih, cabe rawit, sedikit bawang merah, garam dan penyedap rasa.
3. Campurkan.
Rasa: Enak!
BANANA CHOCOLATE CAKE
Ingredients:
1. Two riped bananas
2. Chocolate powder (1 full spoon)
3. Rolled oats
4. 1 egg
5. Salt a bit
How to cook:
1. Mix all the ingredients
2. Put in airfrier 200°C for 20 minutes.
Verdict: it's good! Doesn't look appetizing, but taste wise, it's good. The texture needs improvement though.
Catatan: terong gini udah ga bagus. Ini abis di steam, dan muncul bau apek. Tekstur juga banyak air. Buang.
GARLIC PAKCOY STIR-FRY
Ingredients and seasonings:
1. Pakcoy
2. Garlic (3-4): crushed and chop thinly
3. Chili (1) - cabe rawit
4. Oyster sauce
5. Himalayan salt
6. Msg
7. Sesame oil
How to cook:
1. Boil palcoy. Set aside.
2. Fried the garlic+small red chili, set aside for topping.
3. Since I saw the garlic oil remains, then I briefly stir fry the pakcoy just to give glossy-oily effect. But actually, doesn't need to.
4. Add oyster sauce, salt, msg and a cup of water.
5. Add sesame oil.
6. Put the fried garlic & chili on top. And done!
Verdict: sooo good, unexpectedly.
TUMIS TELUR BUNCIS
Bahan:
1. Telur 2 buah
2. Buncis
Bumbu:
1. Cabai rawit 7
2. Terasi
3. Bawang merah 8
4. Bawang putih 5
5. Garam
6. Saus tiram
7. Gula dan kaldu bubuk (aku ga pakai)
8. Minyak goreng untuk menumis (aku ganti olive oil untuk masak)
Cara Masak:
1. Tumis baput & bamer hingga harum
2. Masukkan bumbu2 lainnya
3. Masukkan buncis. Masak hingga buncisnya matang.
4. Masukkan telur
5. Done. Siap disajikan.
Verdict: enak.
Resep asli:
Pak Coy
1. Pak coy: rebus, tiriskan. Pas merebus, airnya kasih garam (dan minyak di resep aslinya). Supaya warnanya cantik. Minyak supaya berkilat .
2. Seasonings: garlic sauted, oyster sauce, salt, msg. Di resep asli sebenarnya dikasih tepung tapioka airnya supaya mengental. Tapi aku ga pakai.
How:
1. Pak coy yang direbus, ditiriskan dalam piring.
2. Tumis bentar bawang putih sampai harum.
3. Rebus air dikit, tambahkan baput tadi, tapioka (in my case no), oyster sauce (saus tiram), garam, msg.
4. Done. Tuang kuahnya ke pak coy.
Result: good.
Vietnamese veggies salad:
1. Green vegetables as you like. Here I used sawi and long beans. Boiled.
2. Seasonings: mix of garlic (finely chopped), soy sauce and sesame sauce.
3. Mix the two.
Result: it's a game changer to eat my veggies salad.
Chicken Air Fried
1. Marinated with yogurt, paprika powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and himalayan salt
2. Prick the chicken breasts with fork for better absorption of the seasonings
3. Air fried at 200°C for 20 minutes. Usually, it will take a little bit more.
Air Fryer Salmon Recipe
Season the salmon with garlic powder, paprika (I didn't), salt, black pepper and squeezed lemon juice.
Put in the air fryer at 200° for about 10 minutes. Check during half time just to make sure it doesn't burn.
Result: crisp outside and just nice inside. Tasty seasoned salmon.
Banana Fritters
Bahan:
1. Pisang
2. Tepung serbaguna (Segitiga Biru)
3. Vanili Extract
4. Gula pasir
5. Garam secukupnya
6. Susu full cream (sedikit sekaliii..ini karena lagi ada aja sih)
Cara Memasak:
1. Pisang dikupas, ditumbuk kasar.
2. Masukkan tepung terigu, vanili, gula pasir, susu, dan garam secukupnya. Aduk sampai rata.
3. Panaskan minyak, goreng. Tiris dan sajikan.
Notes:
- Awalnya, ditambahkan tepung hanya 3 sendok teh. Ternyata adonannya terlalu lembek untuk digoreng. Akhirnya adonan berikutnya ditambah tepungnya.
- Adonan kedua lebih "firm" teksturnya, tapi rasa tepungnya jg jadi lebih kuat.
- Dari sisi rasa, prefer yang pertama karena pisang banget. Dari sisi tekstur, yang kedua lebih ga firm.
- Tapi ternyata adonan 1 pun setelah diangkat ga hancur sih. Cuma agak sulit pas mau ngebalik.

Sambal Matah
Ingredients:
1. Shallots (lots of them, more than the chillies)
2. Red chillies
3. Lime leaves
4. Olive oil
How to make it:
1. Chopped the red chillies first. Our family prefer to clean the seeds (before chopping it)
2. After cleaning the chilli's seeds, chop the shallots and lime leaves (clean the middle/bone of the leaves)
3. Season it with salt and MSG. Taste it.
4. Heat the olive oils (small quantity is okay, like a spoonful of it). Once it's heated, pour it to the bowl of mixed no. 1 and 2.
5. Squeeze a bit of lemon on top of it and it's ready to serve.
Note:
- The result was really good.
- The only lacking part was that the shallot should be more than the chillies.
- Taste it before you pour the oil. Although, you can always rectify it later.
Tips: instead of using knive, you can cut them with scissor.
RESEP AYAM SEMUR by IBUK
Bahan:
1. Ayam 1 ekor (5-6 potong aja sih waktu itu)
2. Kecap manis
3. Lengkuas (3 iris, digeprek)
4. Jahe (2 iris, digeprek)
5. Daun jeruk
6. Daun salam
7. Gula, Garam, Penyedap Rasa
8. Air
Bumbu Halus:
1. Kemiri 2 butir
2. Bawang merah 4-5
3. Bawang putih 3
Cara Memasak:
1. Rebus ayam, tambahkan daun jeruk, garam dan jahe 1 iris. Rebus hingga matang. Tiriskan.
2. Rebus air untuk tambahan semur nanti.
3. Tumis bumbu halus+lengkuas+jahe+daun jeruk+daun salam hingga wangi.
4. Masukkan ayam yang telah ditiriskan, aduk supaya bumbu meresap ke daging ayam.
5. Masukkan air yg sudah direbus matang sebaagai kuah semur.
6. Tambahkan kecap dan bumbu lainnya hingga rasa pas.
7. Siap dihidangkan.
Note:
> Hasilnya maknyus banget Alhamdulillah. Kemarin ga pakai daun salam.
