These are some concept sketches I originally made for the Frankelda Reanimated from 2022-2023

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to complete them, and I'm not sure if I have the ability to continue working on them, but still I want to share part of it as my contribution to the fandom

Generally, I don't like to publicly share my unfinished work and sketches because their roughness makes me feel embarrassed

But if showing this side of myself can prove that I'm human, then I'll do it.

It seems there has never been a moment like now that makes me cherish the ability to create with my own hands, even if I don't necessarily enjoy the process

And last but not least, yes, I'm still alive

I want to take a moment to thank those who support me on Ko-fi and commissioned me

I don't know when I'll post again, but I hope that each time I do, I have even more motivation than the last

Watched ”Soy Frankelda” in theaters today and I just had to make a post about it. The movie is honestly mind-blowing, the visuals are genuinely mesmerizing and the attention to details were absolutely incredible. The music was also amazing, and so were all the voice actors and their emotional portrayals.

It was definitely a really touching movie to see as a mexican woman who once dreamed of dedicating herself to the arts — animation, particularly — but had to leave that dream behind due to the few opportunities there are for the industry in the country.

The movie itself is a love letter to creativity, ideas, and creating art.

I hope the rest of the world gets to see it. ❤️‍🩹
