HELLO THERE! My name is Lemon or Citrus, and I make super silly emojis as a hobby! I’ve always had a weird obsession with custom emojis, and I’m glad to be a part of this community! My emojis are free to use, with some minor boundaries. Those will be listed below, but before that, I’d like to let you all know a little more about myself!

I am an 18 year old, audhd FREAK. I like anything that is creative. I draw, sing, act, craft, basically anything you can think of asside from playing an instrument, but I’m trying to learn that too! I am the core of the Marigold Collective, formally known as the Citric System. This emoji blog will stay Citrics Emotes, because I myself, still have a major obsession with lemons and citrus. Some fandom’s I am in are:

Homestuck, Dandy’s World, MCYT, Garten of Banban, Musicals, Bluey, Doors, Pressure, FNaF, Vocaloid, Peanuts, and Carebears. These of course aren’t all of them, but they’re the main thing you’ll see me enthuse about on this account.

Back on the topic of emojis, I have a few boundaries when it comes to requesting. These are strict, and I apologize if these are different than some of my original boundaries, however they will not change unless I am genuinely wrong about something.

I have to come on here and just. I don’t know man I have to talk. I have to ramble. This is targeted but I’m not saying who it’s targeted at. Either way this is just a general statement anyways.

You can not own an artstyle!!!! It’s rediculious we’re back in 2020 art community drama. No one owns an artstyle. Artstyle’s are flunctuating and everchanging, so no you can’t own an art style. This also goes for color pallets, you can’t fucking own those?? If everyone owned their own artstyles there wouldn’t be any more art styles for people to have, and no one is more special than anyone else to be able to own one specific way of drawing. If someone’s art looks too similar to yours then they probably just have a similar art style. Especially if you reach out to them and they provide proof of their art not being traced or referenced. Get over yourself. You aren’t the only person who exists on this planet with the talent to draw a particular way.

I don’t want this to be a placr where drama starts, I just had to get my statement out there because I’m tired of seeing this shit. This is harsh to say, but you aren’t special. Your art isn’t special, and 90% of your art was derived on references anyways so stop throwing a fit over a few similarities.

I’m sorry I haven’t been posting very much lately. With the holidays and stuff I haven’t had the motivation to draw emojis. I might do a few today that aren’t requests so y’all can eat without me having to force myself up the motivation to do said requests. But we’ll see.

In relation to the holidays, I know it’s late but I wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving if you’re American and just that I’m very thankful for all the followers and mutuals I have here on this account. I was gone for so long and so many of you continued to stay even in my absence and that means so much to me.

And another thing today is @techthecrow (My beautiful boyfriend)‘s birthday!! Go follow them. You must or I will… do smth bad!! /j /silly /nf <3
