The small Japanese-Canadian sat with her knees pulled up to her chest on the park bench. In her hand was a DS and she was in fact completely immersed in her pokemon game. She had been sitting there for an hour now, and had been trying to complete one goal, catching a Clefairy. Her hunt for the fairy pokemon had started with an inside joke between and her lover, who happened to be a huge nerd (this was meant affectionately of course).

Every few minutes she would look at the bench beside her to see her cat, who she had put in a small harness with a leash. The small yet full grown cat had curled up beside his owner, not minding the drop in the temperature. The cat was relishing in what was being out of the cramped apartment.

Usually Clairy would have stayed indoors as she hated any sort of cold weather despite being Canadian born, but it was one of those rare sunny days on the island and she wanted a day out just as much as Riri did, even if she did have a job she went to everyday.

With a sigh, Clairy let her head fall back and she stared up at the sky, hoping her day would be a little bit more eventful than playing pokemon in the park with her cat.
