“Whatever you want.” he said and smiled at her. “I suppose there isn’t. It’s just a feeling.” he said. “I know it isn’t. We are all different. And it’s uncomfortable. But we’ll find a way to reverse it or a way to get used to it. Either way we’ll be ok.” he said. Normally he would have freaked out with her but in this form nothing seemed to be able to shake him. “You still have a pretty cool power right? I mean I’ll never be able to keep up with you but it’s way easier running from the cops now.” he attempted to joke.
“Whatever I want is for things to not suck so much right now,” she complained, letting out a sigh. Apparently a quickened speed meant a quickening of her losing her patience. Maybe it was just how she was though. She’d ask about it later, for now it wasn’t her concern. “I don’t want to get used to it. I was used to my other power. I got good at it. And all that effort has gone out the window,” she said, frowning more. Clara frowned, still bothered by how chill Kyle was being about the whole dilemma, but she tried not to voice it this time. “I didn’t have an issue running from them before,” she pointed out, but the joke at least brought a little smirk to her face.
