China Africa conference in Oxford

Key African markets like Nigeria, Angola and South Africa are increasingly being scrutinised by foreign investors.Consequently increasing number of Chinese, Malaysian, Brazilian and Indian companies are expanding rapidly in the continent.  In Oxford, Alpha Professional Network in collaboration with Oxford University China Africa Network have organised the conference: Emerging Powers in Africa.

Five Cameroon boxers who went missing during the Olympics have turned up at a boxing club in south London. For 5 weeks, Thomas Essomba, Hyacinthe Mewoli Abdon, Christian Donfack et Serge Ambomo trained at the Double Jab Boxing Club. I went down to the club and interviewed Patrick Harris, Manager of the club for Vox Africa.
