Growing up in a small country town, I’d always fantasized about living on the other side of the world. I was obsessed with finding myself a red double decker buses to appear on the streets of ALBURY.
It’s one thing to think about moving overseas, but it’s another perfectly to actually do it. Chances are you you may know someone or perfectly don't know anyone. Which in my case i knew people that were here but through mutual friends – it becomes quite normal amongst young Aussies looking for a change to move to LONDON.
It wasn't till late October 2017 that i decided to look into moving to the United Kingdom to follow my dreams and something i have wanted to do since i was 18. I continued looking into it then decided it was time to book some flights “scared, emotional & EXCITED” 10th December 2017 was the day i booked my flight leaving me with one month until i will be landing |

It’s exciting, terrifying and so far the most incredible adventure of my life,
It’s a massive deal ; People talk about moving out of home, moving a few kilometers down the road or those who say there moving overseas, but for some it’ll only ever be talk. I can tell you know its not easy packing up your entire life and move to other side of the world, but the best thing i have ever done for myself.

Never would i thought; HOMESICK || I’ve never lived out of home before, so therefor never experienced homesickness before. I’ve gone weeks/months without seeing my family , but landing on the other side of the world, it all seemed to change. Making friends and keeping busy is the best thing you could possibly do, and just remember I'm sure there only ever a phone call away.
To think that 6 months has already passed is scary.
