It’s been a little while! Took a break to do some traveling in Japan for a month and do some gunpla, lol. But I’ve returned and joined up with Gachimayan to work on KiriBaku doujinshi with their group. I’ve been with that Discord for ages so joining the team was a no-brainer. I can’t believe it, but here we are with lucky release #13! Surprise rare pair! Kaminari deserves some romance too! He’s seriously lacking in the doujin department. This doujin is a short and sweet shonen-ai with a hint of angst and pining. Bakugou is a bit ‘it’s lonely at the top’ in this, but Kaminari does a good job softening him up. Please give it a read!

Here it is, our first Kuroko no Basuke doujinshi! YS is love, YS is life. My apologies that this release took so very long, something about editing YS’ heavy screentone usage takes me forever. On top of that, my beloved tablet of 18 years finally bit the dust. I am now the owner of a lovely new Cintiq and it’s been a bit of a learning curve to use, but man does it make editing so much easier.

Welcome to release #11! The Fox’s Wedding was something I was helping out on for a long time and then other projects kept popping up so I had to set it aside. Now it is finally completed! I really wanted to put a lot of effort into cleaning Kei’s art as it’s so beautiful. I also finally got to work on a full blown R18+ de-censor, which is why this release took so extra long to produce, the de-censor edit probably took about 4x more effort than normal. I honestly gave it my all and I hope you all enjoy. 

The fantasy setting for this is gorgeous and the costume designs are amazing. As always, thanks to the partner in crime for also helping with the editing along with literally everything else. I was just the edit bot on this one, M did all the work. 

Our next project is going to be jumping over to another fandom, surprise! Any Kuroko no Basuke fans out there? :3 We hope you look forward to it!

Happy Birthday Bakugo! (04/20)

Gosh, there’s so much to say about this. M was like “Hey, let’s do something for Bakugo’s birthday!” “Sure!” I said. M picks this wonderful anthology themed around the seasons. It was an extremely ambitious project, at 120 pages with 4 novels included. M is an absolute mad lad who translated everything, including novels, for your enjoyment. This is a short booklet that was included with the doujinshi “That Bakugou is...” that M scanlated as well and is kind of a prequel to that story. You can read "That Bakugou is...” on MyReadingManga. “That Bakugou is...” is also R18 and TodorokixBakugou. 

My first time doing a full R18 story - Hero Babe (one I did previously) had a single panel. Got some practice on uncensoring in. Behold Bakugou’s dick in full perky glory. Editing R18 is really tough, having to edit and typeset so many moans is rough, lol. I have a lot of respect for hentai scanlators. This mini-booklet was only 8 pages but took a lot of effort.

Also, I’ve started uploading the works onto MangaDex, so it’s another online viewer option for you readers, and you won’t have to worry about those intense porn ads that MyReadingManga has. Except MangaDex has a lot of salty angry people that BL confuses them so, ha ha. Oh well, no sweat off my back.

Not too much else to say. We’re already working on a TodoBaku anthology, so expect that on the horizon soon-ish.

Thank you to M for approaching me to work on this wonderful TodoBaku doujin! A wonderful seasonal timing for this fluffy domestic piece. M is also the biggest sweetheart. <3 We have another kushiyabu seasonal release in the works for Valentine’s Day so please look forward to it! (... I need to get back to working on it. Aha.) 

Did my first cover clean, I’m really proud of how the end product came out. Also tried out a non-capital font to go along with the fluffy feel of the doujin. Still working on filling my font library with more options. 

I collect Nitotan plushies as well (But Kirishima and Bakugo) so I was really excited to have a story about these cuties!

The cleaning wasn’t too bad on this one, the amount of text is incredibly small (especially compared to Daily Ruckus), but there was a large amount of sound effects over screentone... (and the other upcoming one is even worse). Another level up for me. : >

This time it’s a PG shonen-ai full of hilarious comedy amidst cohabitation story. Please give it a read! 

I was able to collaborate with the wonderful eroticyl whose lovely translations and guidance was a pure blessing. For this doujin it was surprisingly text heavy. I learned a ton about how to clean screentones and speedlines. While I was crying tears of blood, I was learning so so much, lol. I fretted over so many pages but I’m glad in the end that I think the end product is rather hilarious. I still think I need to find some more fonts to add to my repertoire though.

Here’s an example comparison of the original versus cleaned. I basically had to tear the entire thing down and rebuild it from scratch...

Here’s my second scan project. It took me nearly the same time to do the cleaning, redrawing and typesetting of this 17 page series as it did the 75+ “35″ I did previously. This time I actually took out all of the Japanese text and sound effects and re-drew everything underneath to lay the English text back over. It was a long process but the finished product was so worth it. I also uncensored Bakugo’s penis, so please look forward to that~ I’m really pleased so here’s a comparison I made.

I’m also looking to collaborate with people who can translate doujin from Japanese, I’ve been bothering my friend who is really busy and helping me out of pure kindness. If you are able to translate and can send a rough draft script, I can handle the rest of the process of cleaning, editing, typesetting, redrawing, etc. So just drop me a message! Sadly I don’t know any languages so this part is a road block for me. I’d really love to keep working on MHA doujins tho! Hopefully I can find a kind soul to help out. : >
