Methods & Madness Dinner Series and artist Wesely Allsbrook are coming together to transport you from dreary winter doldrums to a tropical snowy paradise that could only exist in the mind of the mad. Diners are invited to come away to a tropical paradise and share a multi-course meal with friends and strangers the night before Groundhog Day. Methods & Madness is a dinner series that was started in New York as a way for chef and founder Tessa Liebman to collaborate with creatives and friends outside of the kitchen. Over the past two years Tessa has worked with typographers, collage artists, illustrators, perfumers, baristas, foragers and printmakers to produce intimate, often interactive menus informed by the artists’ processes (their “methods”) and inspiration (their “madness”). A special limited-edition artwork is produced for diners to bring home after the meal. $150 includes welcome cocktail, six course dinner, drinks pairings, limited-edition artwork, taxes and gratuity.
