As Kaws began to be more recognized in fashion and art industry for his ability to attach his touch of work into pretty much every genre of photography.  Mario Sorentti appreciating Kaws talented asked him to create a photoshoot together. Very special photoshoot. Model dressed in very glamourous outfits posed with the background of gratifies and street art, to top it off we see Kaws adding his bit to create unique and interesting outcomes which after have been published in Vouge.

This is a very famous now Cover of Kanye West's album.

Simple yet so advanced in its own simplicity. I especially love the way Kanye is just being a part of the image, not too much in your face way of trying to sell the product. Kaws used bold bright colours and his iconic crosses instead of eyes, which complemented the character of Kanye in a very effective way.

KAWS, Brian Donnelly  American contemporary artist born in New-Jersey and currently based in New York, whose cv would be as long as eiffel tower from the amount of exhibitions he made, projects he took part in and awards he won.  Again he's a role model of what's modern art is about: colours, planned randomness, digital, fine line between photography and adding little personal touch to them. First started his art journey in graffiti world, still keeps hold to his urban roots in all of the work he does. The light almost poetic manner of mixing the colours together makes him even more original. Graduated from School of Visual Arts in New York.

Julian Opie

Julian Opie, modern artist born in 1958 in London. His work is one of the most recognized in pop-art world, and because he's been highly known for over 3 decades Opie's been an inspiration for many, many young artists.  Julian is a member of New Sculpture movement who focuses on fully changing the real picture into an animated artistic image by simplifying it. The process of creating an image in Julian Opie style consists of using an digital image which afterwards you animate preferably in Adobe Illustrator by using only bold colours, black thick outlines and very simple detailing like just black dots in the eyes no eyelashes,etc. And such features as nose are also being brought down to the very little dots. This artist's work stretches beyond his prints, he's the author of many public installations around the world, eg. Promenade. (2012), Calgary, Canada.  Work of Julian Opie have been exhibited by many prestigious museums and galleries based in UK as well as all around the world like National Portrait Gallery, London; Sakshi Gallery, Mumbai; Lisson Gallery, Milan; Shanghai Expo, China and much more.  Personally I'd consider Julian Opie as a modern creation of tried art world. I don't see the art in his work (and believe me here, I'm trying REALLY hard), but because there's no particular definition of art so technically even fitting the carpet could be art. I do appreciate his skills of using photoshop and adobe illustrator, however his work doesn't apply into my idea of art.

I especially like this example of Julian Opie's work, because of how he cooperated textures into the images. He went behind his normal boundaries and not just used bold colours, but also added different feel to it.

I think the contrast background pulls the inmage together, because it brings characters on the image to stand out much more. 

This kind of picture definitely makes you stop and have a longer glance.  Content, colour, composition. Very effective.

my final Julian Opie portrait due to the technical issues I've lost all of my print-screens I decided to go for very bold warm-toned pastel colours, and the reason being is simply my preferences. The colours which would work in harmony together and which I'd enjoy looking at - these were my aims whilst choosing the colour palette.

Normally Julian Opie would only do dots instead of eyes, however I decided to take it  step further and add settle eyeliner line and few eyelashes.  I guess this little touch made this portrait more me.

Using artistic filters in Photobooth I created this effect on the image. This particular filter is called  Comic Strip, and after I've altered hue and saturation in good old trusty Photoshop

This image has also been taken in Photobooth.  What I did is I choose the filter which made my picture appear 4 times in a frame and then made each photograph in different colour.  This effect is called "Pop Art"

The effect I was aiming for was blurry, odd-coloured, comic like image.
