can someone who knows cameras help me out?

going to a concert, want a digi camera to take short distance pics. idk where to start looking for one that isn’t crazy expensive!

don’t need anything w/ crazy good clarity, actually looking for photos that can be edited to something kinda grungy! going to see The Neighbourhood so if you know about their aesthetic, you can guess where i’m trying to aim. something that kind of screams late 2000s-mid 2010s!

i don’t have any of my own examples to go by but here is the general vibe i wish to achieve:

is sony cybershot worth the hype? and if so, which models?
