Cherry and Strawberry Pie Recipe:
3 tablespoons of corn flour
teaspoon of vanilla extract
premade pie crust/short crust puff pastry
Destem cherries and cut in half, taking out the pits, putting cherries into a bowl
Put strawberries into the bowl along with the cherries
Put in the corn flour and sugar into the bowl
Zest and juice half a lemon and put that into the bowl
Add in the salt and the vanilla extract
Mix it all together and set aside
get a greased baking dish or pie dish and put in the pie crust/puff pastry (pressing it into the corners, don't pull too much or you may crack it!)
Put the filling into the crust and put decorative crust on top
Glaze with milk and put some sugar on top
Put in the oven for 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit) for an hour
