Daddys Little Girl {Coach & Dani}
Coach was whipping up a homecooked pasta dinner in the kitchen. The noodles were fancy just-made-that-morning noodles that he had picked up at the fancy expensive-as-fuck specialty store that only snooty people went to regularly, and the sauce he was making himself with his great-grandfather’s recipe. What irritated him, however, was that the goddamn sauce didn’t taste right. He stared at the pot. Humming, he tossed a little bit of this, a little bit of that, and, on second thought, some more of this.Â
And that’s how you do it, Bobby, he thought victoriously as he tried it again.Â
Footsteps sounded behind him, and he turned around.
   "Whatcha....doin?" Dani raised a brow, the heavenly scent wafting through her nose. She was honestly curious as to what on Earth he was doing. Maybe he had a date or something? She shook the thought from her head, grossed out a bit by the idea. The last few weeks she'd been here, he hadn't made dinner once, so she doubted it was for her.
   She grabbed her bag from the chair, looking at the setup on the table. She really hoped that it wasn't for her. She'd feel bad about it, yes, but most likely only for a second. She hadn't forgotten why she was angry with him.
