Let us introduce ourselves! We are Zac & Cody, otherwise known as Big Z & Coco (or cocobean, cocopuff, cocobear depending on the day Zac is having). We surf, we skate & we drink beer. You’ll most likely find us by the sea or in a forest, barefoot & laughing. We like good food, good liquor, and good people

The Sweet Life of Zac & Cody

began in an Adelaide bar on a cold, seedy Wednesday night back in 2014. The in-betweens since are open to question but let’s be honest, that’s a lot of years with a vast number of stories to tell. So let’s start with now.

We are Zac, a musician, street busker & surfer, and Cody, not a musician in the slightest but handy with a pencil, a camera & in the kitchen. We hail from Adelaide, South Australia and we’ve always wanted to pack our lives into a van and travel around this great country we call home, a shared dream since well before we’d ever even met each other. So that’s exactly what we’re doing. We’re heading out to explore Australia in an ‘04 Kia Pregio, fitted with solar panels, a water tank system, a fridge, a comfortable bed & packed with nought but our essentials. The current goal is an indefinite trip down the Limestone Coast, then all the way up the East Coast with no real plans except to play music, eat good food, meet new people and surf good waves. 

This blog will consist of videos, photos and small stories of our adventures, wherever they take us, with credited re-blogs along the way. There will also be a YouTube channel up & about once Cody gets her head around video editing and all that fun stuff. 

Blogging is a new endeavour for us & the ask box will always be open for questions, suggestions, advice or just to have a bit of a chat with a couple of happy environmentalist rubber-tramps who are always happiest when on an adventure.
