Here is my next hand sewn teddy bear. German mohair is quite an expensive fabric but I was able to get his from a bear I found at the salvation army for 4$, his stuffing and felt is also the same so if teddies have souls he for sure has the same one as he did before. Below I have some process pics when where you can see the bear he was before

yes! thats my super mirco short ENTERNET, it's on my twitter but i havent been able to put it on tumblr/youtube because it has a brief moment of gay porn (lol), still need to put it somewhere on my website with my other micro shorts (which i should make more of)

I really like the way you draw toys especially dolls, I think you captured their cuteness and stillness very well. Do you use any specific references if any when drawing them?

thank you! i think their lifelessness is part of their appeal, like i would never draw a human child the same way i would a doll. most references are just images of dolls i have saved and trying to capture how they look without cute-ifying or giving them any more life then they already have

This is my second bear made with German mohair. He has glass eyes and a key in his back that plays a music box. This was my first time dying fabric so I learned a lot.
