tenma's touch is very gentle in general. I partly think its a professional deformation, but mostly I believe it's in his character to be like that. He doesn't really puts force and his energy/emotions into physical action, it goes through his words and facial expressions.

His hands are his instruments in the first place. To grab, hold, but most important of all is to heal, operate!

I think Tenma isn't that initiative in romantic relationship, especially in physical touch. He is likely will accept and invite/encourage his partner with a slight hold/hug. Unlike cliche hetero dynamic, it almost seems like tenma is showing friendly-pally body language.

His palms contain the most of the force/holding, fingers are wrapping around but with any noticeable pressure.

That's what I am trying to chow usually :D
