Thanks, brain. ‘You’re welcome.’ Hermes watched Star Platinum for a moment before deciding it was probably a good idea to do what it say. Maybe it was Jolyne’s dad talking through it? That’s a thing people can do with stands, right? 

Hermes made her way over to the Stand, keeping an eye out for an enemy stand user. Most of the time if Star Platinum was out, that meant a stand user was trying to kill them. “Uh.. Where we going?” She asked out, assuming he had somewhere in particular it wanted to show her.

Hermes looked over to see what looked like some kind of Japanese school kid with way too much damn bling going on. She couldn’t help but make a little comment to this weird lookin’ kid. “Hey! Kid! It’s like two. Shouldn’t your ass be in school right now?” She spoke out from across the street, leaning back onto one of the nearest light posts.

“Finding different pizza styles outside of Italy is something of a recent hobby. The slices at massive but that’s fine when you fold it. Think I’m gonna try Chicago style next. Heard it’s the exact opposite of this… uh… Deep dish they say.”

“Chicago Style? Chicago Style ??” Hermes riled herself up and calmed herself down once more. She took another bite of that pizza with a bit of a fired up look on her face. “Let me tell you about Chicago Style pizza, alright?”

Hermes put her hand down on the table while she got ready to go into a rant about the pizza. “See. Chicago’s arrogant ass thinks they can change up how a pizza fuckin’ works. You got your bread, your sauce and your cheese on top. These guys? No. In defiance of God, Man and all things holy, they put uncooked marinara sauce on top of the pizza! Cold and on display like some kind of sauce whore! It’s not pizza, it’s an above marinara swimming pool for rats!”

Watch Party Thursday

You guys wanna watch some edgy shiiiiiiit?? I’m going to be hosting a watch party of Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust on WatchTogether this Thursday, for anyone who’d like to know more or D as a character or just wants to chill and watch a cool Madhouse movie. I’ll be doing it at around 8. There are scenes with flashing lights, so possible epilepsy warning.

He already had a slice to himself but he was immensely interested in what Brooklyn Style Pizza was about. The thing is much bigger than anticipated though enjoyed thoroughly. Bruno opened the box sat on the cast iron table he occupied and nudged it towards her.

“I’m told this is Brooklyn style pizza. Has italian sausage, mushrooms and olives on it. You’re welcome to a slice.”

“Well, shit. I like you already.”

 The closest way to a convict’s heart is to give them your lunch without having to shank you. Well. Sometimes they’re really into the shanking part so they like that better, but thankfully for Bruno she wasn’t one of those types. 

Hermes took a seat with him and took one of the slices herself, folding it up taco style and took a bite. “Mmm. This stiff is thin as all hell, but it tastes good!”
