Husqvarna FS 4400D Self-Propelled Flat Saw - Concrete Saw
Many concrete saws are available in the market these days, but there are different kinds and sizes of concrete saw to use. One of the common concrete saw is the hand-held concrete saw because it’s affordable and can do the same thing like other concrete saws. These kinds of saws are mostly operated with the combination of oil and gas.
Here’s a simple and easy guideline in operating a concrete saw:
1. Create a guide using chalk to make sure that you can make clean and straight cuts.
2. Always check the gas in most cases; the saw will have a fuel and two-cycle oil mixture. Follow the manual handbook provided by the manufacturer when adding fuel to saw.
3. Place the saw on the floor with its blade facing away from you and turn “on” the on/off switch. While some saws have featured a primer button, when pressed, will make the concrete saw start easily. Then turn the control knob to choke position.
4. Hold the saw tightly against the ground then take hold of the saw handle with one hand, and pull the cord with the opposite hand. When the saw starts, place the choke into start position.
5. While holding the saw firmly grasp the throttle using your fingers to make the saw to its full power. Let the blade to lightly sink to the concrete where the line was snapped, make sure that the blade of the saw will hit the mark or the line evenly.
6. Walk onward and always hold the saw tightly with both hands while making concrete cuts. You may need to lower or raise the blades so that it cuts all the way through the concrete in well controlled style.
I hope that this guide helped you out in performing concrete cuts, now is the time to apply what you have learned. Don’t forget to wear safety gears for your protection. If you want to know more about other gadgets for home renovations and constructions feel free to e-mail or drop comments.
