when someone makes a fic that genderbends your gay ship?
when i say that i don't mean fics that made my gay ship lesbian, or the other way around, those have my respect.
i'm talking about those fics that turn one half of my gay ship into a girl or half of my lesbian ship into a guy so it'll be a straight ship.

Closed Loop System by One_of_Them is told through a functional game of minesweeper made in ao3 and has multiple endings based on how you play the game
this is straight smut, but sailboating's "we apologize for our streamer" is a phenomenal example of using ao3's html to replicate multiple social media layouts. as is erina's "you've been invited to join a server" (rated T)
